Ordered 3 toys for x-mas... got 3 3M #5 sand papers... Antonline cannot be reached... expected Walmart would have checked their vendors! That loss of money on the toys tcaused me to cancel a $600 order to Walmart on other items not through Antonline... went to Wyfair for those items... figure if Walmart cannot control the quality of their vendors... then so goes it!
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I ordered 2 sunbeam electric blankets November 27 for my two granddaughters for Christmas from antonline listed on Amazon. The blankets were shipped
November 29,2015. I received them December 7,2015. We found out
December 27 that one did not work. I contacted antonline and Amazon on the 27th and they said I exceeded my RMA window and refused to help. I saved my emails and phone records. I always trusted Amazon and have made many purchases from them. It is up setting that Amazon would even allow a shady so called business such as antonline to rip us off.

Agree with other reviews. Worse company I have ever dealt with in my 83 years on the planet. Wish Antonline was on another planet. Farthest in the galaxy beyond reach. Stay away from this phony outfit if you don/t want to go nuts!

Bunch of crooks

I wanted to return my mp3 player which did not record from the radio. They wanted the order number which was 24 digits long and the last 3 didn't print right so I had to guess and what they might be. None of the guesses were right (of course) so I was told to email customer service which I did, but never heard from them. Avoid like the plague.

My eBay app froze and I didn't know I was still on the app and accidently ordered a laptop and when I realized an item was purchased I contacted eBay and the seller right away to cancel. I explained to the seller what happen and got no response.
EBay emailed earlier said it was too late to cancel as it had already been shipped.
I then contacted the seller again of my dissatisfaction of their lack of communication with me. I told them I'd report them to the BBB and EBay for their lack of customer service. At that time I got an email within 5 minutes about how I was a liar and not to blame them for my change of heart.
If they read my first email they would know it was an honest mistake but they didn't seem to care.

Never Ever Buy for these scam artists!

Antonline has a tough time doing the right thing. I purchased a laptop from them on 07/09, I was then notified that my order was cancelled 4 days later on 11/09. Their response was Newegg had failed to promptly notify them (3rd party seller) of orders, there was a 2 hour delay. As a result, the item was already sold out and on backorder (their site shows 72 in stock?!) when I placed the order so they cancelled my order. I reached out to them communicating that I voluntarily accept the lead time for the backordered item to come in if they honour the price. No response. So in the end, Antonline, ironically failed to promptly notify me (the customer) of the cancellation causing me to take a pass on other laptop deals in the interim, its Neweggs fault, my loss and Antonline is innocent. Way to run a business! Put the customer last!

If I was givin the option of 25% off from antonline, or to add 25% and buy from a different website- I would gladly pay 25% more. If you call customer service, the person answer will just tell you to "email customer service" because there is nothing he can do. Why have a support line if you cannot actually, well, support anybody? Ludicrous.
Antonline loves to file claims with Ups for damaged goods. I bought computer supplies from them. The box was in great condition, but some of the contents were missing. Ant filed a damaged goods claim with ups. How is it ups' fault they shipped it without all parts of the order? Sad thing is that ups paid their claim (and we wonder why shipping rates go up. If something goes wrong with an Antonline order- which presumably happens a lot due to these reviews- they just charge the shipper) to top it off the had the audacity to try to charge me 15% to return there products (both the ones I got and the ones I didnt.) The restocking fee is how they make there money. This happened within the span of 20 days. I suppose they were trying to hit 30 days so they could say the didn't have to let you return in because you we're past the 30 day return period.

In conclusion:
Customer support is a joke.
The file false damage claims with ups
They commit fraud
Nothing is ever antonlines fault
Waste time and money

Setting your money on fire would be a more worthy investment than giving it to these frauds. Avoid antonline like the plague- I didn't, and I regret it.

I have had the single worst experience as a consumer with this company. I have been trying to return $1600 worth of brand new product (wrong) since 1 week after receiving it. They have "lost", "canceled", "ignored" my online RMA request now for 20 days and are now telling me it's too late. I will take this as far as I have to out of principle - I have filed grievance with Amazon, American Express, the BBB and will take it to a personal attorney next.

DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY. They should be shut down.

Hard to understand

I got a defective and called the same day i from newegg and the seller was antonline newegg is a really large company. The thing with getting the rma is that antonline they needed a serial number. After being given the numer to a forign company and online chattine and bbb help.
I called at least 6 six times and they said to put no serial for serial. I thought wow that did not seem so hard. I still had to pay for the DOA item then they if i want another one and just pay shipping. It called buyers remorse, i thought no way in el.

Stay AWAY!

Horrible company to deal with. Bought 2 monitors, they sent me the wrong items and then charged me a restocking fee for their mistake. Sent several e-mails to try and fix, only one was replied too. Attempted to call, all they said was e-mail customer service. Will not be doing business with this company again, and I implore everyone to do the same.

I received a defective product and they would not send me a shipping label so I could return it. They said it was my responsibility if I wanted to return something. I now have a stove kettle that leaks water and I cannot use, very unhappy and they didn't care, you think they would stand behind their products. Terrible customer service

I ordered a Playstation-3 video game through Amazon for my grandson's Christmas. After Christmas he discovered antonline sent the wrong game. It was for the X-box.

I talked to Chris at antonline about exchanging the unopened game for the correct game. Chris informed me they would not correct their mistake because it had been over 30 days.

What ever you do, don't do business with these fly by night jerks. Amazon should dump antonline!

Bought game from them on Ebay. Never came. Messed up my address on shipping and it was sent back to them. Told me they would give me a refund but didn't. Opened a case with Ebay and Ebay sided with them. Told me my address was incomplete and it was my fault and I wouldn't get a refund. I use Paypal with confirmed address for the past 8 years with no problems. My Ebay rating is 386 at 100%. Ebay is in bed with this company.

Falsified return policy

Falsified return policy. Closed the return of an item even though the sites states it will return allow a retrurn with a 15% stocking fee. NO COMMUNICATION once the product is sold on Ebay. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND ANTOnline.

Antonline is a total scam and fraud do not buy anything from them. Every thing they tell you is a lie. They claim to have items in stock and the reality is once you order they then go to Amazon or e-bay and buy it and ship from them to you. They will tell you they can ship in two days and will even create a UPS label but that is just a stall and they will play the blame game on UPS.

These guys make false shipping claims on Amazon, at least. "expedited shipping" resulted in one week delivery time. Turns out, as "Explained" by Brian, when he was not busy insulting me, "expedited" shipping can take up to 6 days! WTF? Most Amazon sellers deliver in less than that for free!

Even though I asked to cancel well before UPS logs showed the package scanned, antonline refused to cancel the order, waiting to reply to me until they could claim it shipped, even though both order status and UPS status showed that the item was not scanned in by UPS for another 7 hours.

After all that, they refused to refund "expedited shipping" fee, claiming it can take up to 6 days (it took 4.5 business days + weekend).

Why deal with these guys where there are plenty of other choices where you are treated with honesty and respect?
