The worst seller ever
December 2, 2016

I bought a laptop from this seller through ebay. It was stated that there is FULL warranty for this laptop. After 8 months, the screen stopped working and when I contacted the seller, they told me that the item is out of warranty because the warranty starts from the manufacture date not from the purchase date! I also blame ebay for dealing with this kind of sellers.

Terrible return policy

We had to pay $45 return shipping on a defective chromebook that would not charge. I don't understand how it's my fault I got defective merchandise and I need to pay for it's return. Run from this website!

Fraudulent Company

I told them that since my order was not processed I would like to cancel it as per the customer agreement I made with newegg. Screw you newegg and antononline. They told me that in 2016 there wasn't anything they could do to cancel the order. I would have to wait 24-48 hours. Oh gee, pretty sure the order would get processed quick, fast, and in a hurry during that time. I told newegg that if they charge my card it is a fraudulent charge per mine and NEWEGGS end user agreement Not anton online. Everyone is balking at me right now, so disappointed in newegg on this one.

Zero customer support

I ordered a laptop through newegg from antonline. An entire week passed and I never got any response from antonline concerning the status of my order. They will not respond to messages that I and newegg have sent to them. When I called customer support, they just made a support ticket. Gee thanks, not like I could've done that myself. Never got my computer and I never got any help from antonline. $#*! em

I bought a light fixture from Antonline through the Walmart website. I am extremely disappointed with the entire experience of shopping from this merchant, and was astounded that Walmart aligns itself with such low-quality vendors! The light fixture is of a very poor quality. It has numerous defects, and frankly, looks like a previously-owned product that has been returned to the company and then "recycled" by being sold again, this time to me.
As clearly visible on the attached pictures, the finish of the body of the fixture is extremely uneven. All the dark spots that might appear as shadows are NOT shadows but indeed are dark spots and scratches! Lastly, as clearly visible on picture #3, the top half of the canopy looks dark as if it has a shadow on it. The problem is - IT IS NOT a shadow! This is the actual color of the canopy! Half - normal brass color, and half - dark. Obviously, I wont be able to use this thing. (Sorry, I can't call it a chandelier, because it is a joke.)
I highly regret this purchase! A complete waste of time and money! Shame on Walmart for working with vendors like antonline.com!

After discovering the defects I sent an email with pictures and description of the defects to antonline.com Customer Service, and asked how can I return the product. I received a very generic email stating that I could return the item. However, there was absolutely nothing in the email about whether I get reimbursed for shipping costs or not, and second, no guarantee that I would get a full refund and not get nailed with a 15% restocking fee. Additionally, the email said that "defective items are repaired or replaced and returned to customers if possible" so it sounded like the refund is NOT even an option at all. We are putting the house on the market and need a chandelier NOW so I don't have time to wait for a replacement. And even if time wasn't an issue, who is to say that the replacement would be of a better quality? I wish there was a Better Business Bureau for online retailers so I could report this fraud so they don't get to fool other people!

I purchased a Device from Walmarts website because it said if I buy it and don't like it I can return it to one of their stores, I purchased a gaming headset from antonline and when I get it, it's incompatible but when I try to return, that's when they decide to tell me I can't return it in the stores, AFTER I purchased it, not before. The package arrived with no packing slip which was another red flag for me, they have told me that they will not refund my money unless I have all the packaging and the packing slip! I knew that was gonna happen! I have absolutely no control over that packing slip because it's the company's responsibility to included in the box before they ship it out. I wrote a letter to them explaining that I sent them the original mailing package it came in, the package itself and the headset and I had to file a dispute with my credit card company to make sure that I'm going to get my money back because there's no way you're going to use that as an excuse to keep my money, I'm thoroughly disgusted. I don't like deception and I don't like liars, especially from a business!

I purchased a door mat from Walmart.com which was fulfilled by ANTOnline. I opened the box to find the color of the doormat was way off and where there should have been cut-outs on the outter edge, there where none. It looked very different from the picture advertised. I immediately contacted them to return it and of course I wanted them to pay the return shipping and waive the 15% restock fee because it was clearly not as shown/described. They happily gave me a RMA# but would not pay return shipping or waive restock fee. So, I opened a dispute with my credit card and got a full refund that way. Who even charges restock fees anymore on unopened/unused products? Not a good company to do business with.

Why won't you respond to my emails or to Walmart emails regarding the broken Anvil Loper you shipped me more than a month ago? I have been trying to get a replacement since June 23,2016 and to date have gotten no response.

Even Walmart cannot get you to respond. Your customer service is the worst. You need to be booted off the internet.

Antonline advertised a NEW computer on Amazon. I paid $609.98 for it. When it arrived the outside of the box said REFURBISHED. I contacted the seller and could not get a response from them. A week later I finally got an answer from them and they stated to send it back, at my expense. Which I did. Three weeks later the credited my credit card with $426.99 that is 30% less that what I paid for it. I and Amazon have tried repeatedly to get them to respond to why I did not get a full refund, Have not heard from them. They are a rip off company who does not respond to emails. My next step is to contact the Attorney General in their state and try to have their corporate license revoked. STAY AWAY FROM ANTONLINE

I bought a monitor from them via Newegg, and it arrived missing the stand. They failed to respond to repeated communication from both myself and Newegg, and now claim that I cannot return it after more than 30 days.

Dreadful seller that ruins online shopping for the rest of us - avoid like the plague!

BEWARE! Do not buy from these people. If you need to return, because it is faulty, they will only refund you 2/3 of your money. It has taken me over a month to recoop, finally the credit card company satisfied the remaining... It is the return of a product. You get a defective product and you have to pay a restocking fee! This is SO WRONG! IT IS FRICKEN DEFECTIVE! I can understand if you decided not to get it, but if it is broken you SHOULD NOT BE PAYING a restocking fee. I don't believe they will change as long as they are getting away with it. BEWARE OF ANYONE SELLING WITH NO PHONE NUMBER TO CONTACT. Lesson learned! GO THROUGH YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO recoop. NOT WORTH THE PRICE!

I ordered 2 bulk packs of 10 motherboards and only received 1 in both! Not only that but both of them were open box, which was NOT stated on the sale. I am currently waiting for a personal response from them. All I got was an automated response telling me I can pay for return shipping or they will deduct it from my return amount. This is entirely their mistake and they want ME to pay to ship them back?! They won't even respond to the emails I've sent. These were purchased through newegg.com

I ordered a 12TB cloud storage and they sent me a 4TB one. I want to return it but their return policy is the buyer will pay for delivery charge and 15% restock fee. I bought it from rakuten.com and they won't help me to resolve it. This is a total rip-off.

Newegg's service department has contacted me. There decision is to give me a 100.00 coupon for any of their products. I thanked them for their generosity, but declined to purchase another Newegg product. I purchased a refurbished macbook, plus warranty from them last March, total was over 1000. 00. Looking back I am kicking myself for not just buying a brand new macbook, which wouldnt have cost much more (macbook pro).
I bought this macbook from Newegg because they had a sterling reputation. They are not the company they once were. I am trying to warn as many unsuspecting customers as I can. They sold me a used computer that should have been sent to electronic waste. It does not support any operating system that Apple runs, therefore you dont get any Apple service. No Safari, no protection from Apple. It is just as vulnerable to viruses etc as any other computer.
But the most egregious problem is that the computer itself was thrashed. I did not find that out till earlier this year when I tried to see if I could fix problems with the computer, and see why I could not run an Apple OS. I checked the RAM.
I opened it up and was shocked to find "dust bunnies" around the fan, old frayed
Electrical tape around fraying wires, and just very dirty, old and in extremely poor condition. Its as if someone had used the computer outside in a dirty environment.

It was obvious to me, that NO One had looked inside, let alone Refurbished it. SHAME on Newegg.

I bought a Seagate 5TB Expansion Desktop Drive from Walmart and had no clue I was actually buying it from ANTOnline. Well to make the story fairly quick. I spent five days writing to this hard drive like 3.5 terabytes but then it would not read for more then a min and sometimes a few seconds. IT WAS BROKE. I called for a return to get a new one and they sent me shipping label in my email. Well in about a week i got a partial refund. They charged me a restocking fee and buyers remorse fee and a shipping fee. They did not give me my full refund or a new hard drive. Walmart gave me a gift card for the amount i lost but ANTOline would do nothing. They are SCAMMERS and gladly take your restocking and shipping fee and sell it again if it works or not.

I oredered 2 of the Westinghouse Lighting ******* 2.25 inch Fire Pit Glass Fitter - Pack of 4. I only received 2 glass globes. I could never reach anyone by phone so I sent an email. I asked when I would get the other 6 globes. I was told their ad was wrong and that I had only paid for 2. I asked them to honor their ad and only got the respose that I could send them back for a refund. When I said that i didn't want a refund I wanted the rest of the globees that I paid for they stopped responding to me.

STAY AWAY!

I did not realize this was not from walmart.com until I received an email. The refund policy is unfair/unjust/just plain horrible. I ordered an air purifier and had it for less than 3 days. Sent an email to get a refund and received an email stating it was a "personal product" and thus unable to refund. How is an air purifier a personal product? Walmart and others should boycott this company for fraudulent practice. PLEASE STAY AWAY!

Ordered 3 toys for x-mas... got 3 3M #5 sand papers... Antonline cannot be reached... expected Walmart would have checked their vendors! That loss of money on the toys tcaused me to cancel a $600 order to Walmart on other items not through Antonline... went to Wyfair for those items... figure if Walmart cannot control the quality of their vendors... then so goes it!
