Ordered my fiancés XBox One S from this company and was VERY happy with my purchase! Wasn't suppose to arrive till 11/23 and it arrived a week early in perfect condition!
I ordered a Surface Pro 6 through Antonline's Amazon seller account. The product never arrived. The company would not respond to a single call or email. They ignored my requests for a full $2000+ refund so I had to go through Amazon to get my money back. Thankfully, Amazon returned it because they could see that Antonline was negligent in all communication with myself and the Amazon returns investigation team.
I would of gave it 4 stars technicality. I mainly am writing this because I recently bought something from them and everything came back perfect. I was really worried after reading all of the negative comments and so I felt like I should write this to ease some of your doubts. I got a switch for exactly 239.99, yeah insane the deal only had 2 hours left and I jumped at the chance! My package was supposed to arrive in 8 days it came in 4 days early. I would have gave it 4 stars because inside the package box the switch console box had no bubble wrap around it and that in its own is risky. I hope I eased some of y'all's minds.
I purchased a Nitendo Switch from ANTOnline and I honestly cannot say enough great things about this company! I received an amazing deal on the Switch, but free shipping was going to take a little while. This was a fair trade to me so I went ahead with the purchase. The Switch was shipped the next business day and arrived to me in 2 days! This was 11 days ahead of the estimated shipping!
The box that was shipped to me was in excellent condition. When opening the box the Switch was perfectly wrapped and in pristine condition. While I have only been using the Switch for a few hours, it is working wonderfully.

So I purchased a Nintendo Switch via Google Express from AntOnline. I was a little concern based on prior reviews but I am happy to report the switch should up 3-4 days prior to the expected delivery date with no issues. Plus I got the item $60 cheaper than normal retail.
I know I didn't have much interaction with them on this transaction but it gives me more confidence in shopping with them in the future.
I ordered a Lenovo laptop form that company and in the last 20 years I have dealt with tech merchants that was hands down the worse experience. Here is a list of failings:
1. Their paypal interface is defective as a consequence the full address is not copied over properly during PayPal checkout and requires a call to support.
2. They use "UPS Mail innovations" which is frankly rubbish at delivering.
3. The tracking number they send back has no information, and the their (UPS MI) website reads: "If 48 hours after shipping there is no information contact the merchant". Yeah good luck getting a response from the merchant.
4. An most important FALSE ADVERTISING. They list the product on their website as having an RJ-45 which in that model requires an external dongle. Do you think they included it? Do you think that after 3 calls they acknowledged their mistake? Do you think they even responded? All they are ever doing while answering the phone is "send an email to support" which is supposed to get back to you within 1-2 business days. So far they haven't responded 5 days after the first call. DO NOT USE THAT MERCHANT EVER.
I ordered a product and within half an hour realized I wanted a different product. I wanted a computer monitor that tilts. ANTOnline didn't have the one that tilts so I tried to cancel my order but was unable to. Their website says it takes one to two business days to ship so why can't I cancel my order within a half hour of when I placed it. BEWARE. DON'T SHOP HERE. Their prices are not better than anyone else and their customer service stinks.
I purchased an i9 laptop from these people and afterwards they CHANGED THE LISTING to a lower spec laptop (i5) and sent me it hoping I wouldn't notice. Very shady seller. Then after I shipped it back they wouldn't honor the purchase. Very deceitful and dishonest seller.
I bought and brand new ps4 and didn't even open it. Shipped it straight back which I paid for then they didn't refund my whole amount which was $339. I only got $271 due to them saying it was damaged. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
Do not buy from these guys. They are literally changing the item description after you order the product to a lower/cheaper model and they'll send you the lower/cheaper model while charging you the higher price of the original product you ordered.
I tried to get a refund and they said they have to charge a 15% restocking fee!

Ordered Microsoft Surface on Newegg marketplace. ANTOnline was the seller. They called and told me a delay. I agreed. Days later told me cancelled by New Egg. Not true. Customer service rep hun g up on me. Story kept changing. Such a joke.
Indeed, I cancelled an order five minutes after purchasing from this dull robot of a company. Instead of fulfilling my cancellation request, the service agent let me know that they went ahead and shipped it out the door the following day. Instead of cancelling and wasting less labor from both parties, the turds want to ship it back and forth and deal with restocking for the same cost as the price of the item. Ridiculous policies developed by apes.
After contacting antonline.com the first time they had an immediate response although now that I'm trying to return the printer, there is no response and newegg is trying to help me resolve the issue although they haven't bothered to respond to my request to return. Seems like they're prolonging my return. Luckily it hasn't been more than even 20 days yet. Unfortunately my worst incident online yet.
Charged me a restocking fee for a defective product, customer service just says that theyll inform a supervisor but they just keep running me in circles. I strongly recommend not using them to buy anything.
I had purchased a new Dualshock 4 controller through Newegg marketplace, only to find out later it would be handled by antonline.
Not knowing the site, my curiosity got the best of me and I looked for reviews of them. Was horrified to see the massive volume of complaints and issues with broken products or wrongfully sent ones and then them charging a ludicrous shipping/return fee for something that wasn't the customer's fault.
So as I waited the 8 days(reason for knocking off a star) it took to arrive, I was filled with dread as I expected the worse, but very surprised to see that my package arrived in fine condition and brand new. No issues with it whatsoever. So I am not denying the validity of any of the people on here who had issues with antonline, just wanted to throw out a positive story in the midst, to let people know Ant isn't definitively a scam site. Guess I was just one of the lucky ones.
Computer arrived in poorly packaged parcel, so I refused delivery; now the twerps claim they didn't get the refused parcel. Even though UPS TRACKING clearly shows their receipt of the refused parcel..
These guys are absolute SCAMMERS. They will steal your money through refunds by charging ridiculous 15% or 30% restocking fees, and they return policy makes no sense. Listen to all the other reviews on here! These guys are a bunch of THIEVES! They will ruin your Christmas for you!
Bought from Walmart and this is the first time I've ever had to go to such lengths to get a response from someone. Bought an XBOX One package that should have been delivered by 12/8 for a Christmas gift. The tracking link has the last update on 12/8 and I can't get an answer from Walmart or Antonline. I figured Walmart reviewed their sellers for fraud/service issues. Needless to say there will be at least 1 unhappy kid on Christmas due to Antonline and from now on I know to read reviews on 3rd person sellers. Had I read reviews on this seller, I'd have never made the order. Lesson learned...
