Listing promised Free 2-Day Shipping, it's now been over a week and UPS Tracking shows that a label was printed but they haven't gotten the package yet - there are literally 20 UPS locations within less than 5 miles of their listed address and yet they can't drop off a package? Leads me to believe that they never had the item in stock and I've been scammed - stay away from this vendor, they've ruined my daughter's Christmas and are NOT worth the risk!

But I received my tracking number right away for the Nintendo Switch with Super Smash Bros Ultimate and it was scanned in and in transit with UPS the same night. Since UPS is showing it in their possession I trust that the seller (ANT) shipped exactly when they said they did. I still have a few days to wait for delivery but most negitive reviews I saw were for UPS never receiving the product so I wanted to throw in my experience thus far... I'll post an update review when the Switch is delivered but so far so good!

Ordered a Xbox don't know if it was any good because it arrived damaged it had no protection in box.The game came caved in I sent it back and they withheld my money. They give you the run around well please run from them.

Was in the market for a good deal on a PS4 after missing out on Black Friday deals. Found the same Spider Man PS4 bundle that everyone was selling for $199 on Black Friday with an extra controller for $249 after using a coupon on Google Express. ANTonline was selling the item through Google Express, so I did some research on them after placing the order and was pretty positive I was going to have a bad experience and maybe never receive the item. To my surprise I got a shipping confirmation the same day and received the item 3 days before it was expected. Everything looks factory sealed and will make a great Christmas gift. I don't know if I just got lucky, but no complaints for me.

Same as everyone else. Bought a $2200 Asus zephyrs laptop. Was suppose to be here today and never came. I called UPS because I thought they forgot to update. Day after I bought laptop I got tracking number and said it was in transit. Called UPS and they said antonline is set up as phone call when package are to be pick up and sent. Called antonline and they blamed it on UPS. So it's been a week and antonline told me UPS picked it up this morning. I highly doubt that. UPS also told me it wouldn't take all day to get an update on that. UPS was showing they still had it 8 hours later. So they either have stolen my money or they will ship it to me when ever they feel like it. Just sent a report to the BBB.

I also ordered an Xbox One Bundle on 11/22/2018 and received a tracking number for the shipment & was supposed to arrive from Nov 28th-30th. I called UPS on 12/02/2018 and they said the seller had never actually shipped the product. After reviewing complaints this seems to be known practice with them. I've filed a complaint with the BBB and will be contacting them tomorrow and will possibly file a complaint with the FTC as well.

I ordered an xbox one X bundle. Got a tracking number and it's not moved from Georgia since the 24th. I emailed and they say they sent it out but ups says they never got it. I then called got told it was still in the wearhouse and should be sent out soon cause they are working all weekend. Then emailed again cause I thought something was wierd and got told it was sent usps when I have a tracking number for ups. They just keep changing storys. I'm giving them till Monday then I'm reporting it fraud

I ordered Xbox One X on Google Express through ANT Online. Received notice of a tracking number almost right after purchasing but did not receive any further updates on tracking. Upon further investigation by calling UPS, UPS claims they never received package for shipment and it's been 4 days since of purchase. Called ANTonline and the girls that pick up have no valid answers for anything, just "I don't know" not even an attempt to help with any questions, period.

Finally email from their customer support manager "Susan Brown" stating that it's because of holidays that is why there are no updates? And that I just have to wait. She also states it is USPS except I got an email about UPS?

I am getting nervous about the legitimacy of this company. I may have to call my bank very soon and report.

At first I was skeptical about ordering from this retailer after reading all the reviews but decided to try it out anyway. I ordered the Nintendo Switch from them during Black Friday and the item delivered a week earlier than anticipated.The only thing that prevented me from giving them a 5 star was more about me being nit-picky than anything else. The item was shipped without being stuffed with any dunnage bags thus it I have to assume that it shifted freely during shipping. However the item arrived with no damage (outside of small creased corner). Lastly I can assure you that I am not a paid reviewer, this review was truly based on my own experience.

I've purchased Xbox on sale through Google Express during Thanksgiving and the item has never been handed over to UPS for delivery. It's been over a week and promised delivery date has passed. It seems like the merchant created a shipping label so there is a tracking number, but when I contacted multiple representatives at UPS they all said that they are not in possession of the package. I have never had this experience with any other seller. I will definitely not buy anything from Antonline again.

I was worried after reading the reviews on here. I ordered an Xbox One X PUBG bundle with RDR2 for $350 with free shipping. I ordered through Google Express. I posted the deal on SD and it been removed because apparently there have been people complaining enough about the site that SD added them to their banned list. Needless to say the item arrived today in perfect and brand new condition. I can't speak for every order but this company has definitely fulfilled their end of the deal without any issues!

I order a Xbox bundle. The company never sent any tracking number. When I call Walmart they tell me the package was left on the step days ago. I they connect me with ant online and basically says I'll get a refund in 2 days never received a call back or refund I called tons of time the operator doesn't care and hung up on me multiple times I ask Walmart for help because that's who I ordered from they say file a complaint with PayPal I do that and they say it's been denied so basically I'm out of 530$ bc the company and Walmart keeps dodging me I'm soo disappointed I'm not even sure what to do
