The worse experience ever, i ordered 2 monitors through Walmart mark place, 10 minutes later decided to cancel the order, I call Walmart they said I have to contact the Seller (antonline.com), I called but they were closed, I sent 4 emails 2 through Walmart portal and 2 dricerly to the Antoline customer service and order online support, finally after 2 hours they responded,
Here what Susan Brown, Shipping Coordinator:
We are sorry you changed you mind after ordering and the order was already too far in process. I intercepted the order and returned it back to the sender, they charged me $54.00 restocking fee, I called Walmart got full refund --
Conclusion antonline.com is unethical, unprofessional and dishonest, I would never order anything from them and I will write bad review on every site that I can find, please stay away from these scumbag..

Sooo happy and relieved! Bought a ps4 at the best price I could find online. I saw reviews that made me worried it was a scam or not real but It just arrived (early)and is perfect! Fast shipping and packaged great - will definitely recommend to fam and friends.

So my first Christmas going with Walmart over Old Faithful Amazon, due to the way Amazon treats it's employed was horrible. Antonline gave me a "New" piece of crap Xbox ONE that didn't work out of the box. To return the item I have to pay or request a label, which I'm sure will be deducted from my refund. Because I carefully opened the box and needed to tear away some of the plastic wrapped around the batteries for the controller and HDMI cord, more deductions from my refund. I am convinced these folks sell busted stuff right out the door, and the turn around profit they receive is from shipping and returns alone. Lesson learned. Slaving on back to Amazon. Sorry Wal-Mart, but you should check the marketplace sellers you partner with better. Or at the least intervene somewhat.

I bought two Nintendo switch via Ebay. They send me a package with one Nintendo only. I made a claim via Ebay and basically they said that they have sent two units. They refused to send me the missing unit or my money back. It seems as if this is a common practice. Stay away from this company they are scammers.

The most awful customer service I have recieved in my 32 years of life. I ordered an Xbox one controller from Walmart.com on black Friday. It was shipped by this AWFUL company. I recieved my controller. My item was shipped and when it arrived, the actual xbox one controller box was incredibly damaged. I am gifting this controller and cannot imagine gifting it in its current condition. I emailed their customer service. From the first email I got attitude. They basically called me liar. They said that they shipped 10,000 of these controllers and had never had a complaint. I call BS on this as my box was so damaged! So I proceed to send pictures. Still, attitude. I explained that the box is an embarrassment to even gift to someone! They basically told me to suck it up and deal with it. Went directly to walmart.com and filed a complaint and immediately was treated with respect like an actual customer. NEVER AGAIN. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ****ALL**** COSTS!

Hard up for money.

Purchased mistakenly, a xbox one. Right after purchase I contacted Ebay to cancel order. They said antonline is not refunding because they shipped the item. LIES LIES LIES minutes after this purchase I called Ebay. Besides shouldn't the order be processed before it can be shipped.

Dont EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS. THEIR EBAY STORE CLAIMED 3 DAY SHIPPING BUT AFTER PURCHASING THEY THEN CHANGED SHIPPING TO 7 TO 10 DAYS AND GOT AWAY WITH IT BECAUSE IT WAS "FREE". SINCE I STATED THIS WAS UNACCEPTABLE SHIPPING TIMES BECAUSE I NEEDED ITEMS IN 3 DAYS I CANCELLED IN LESS THAN AN HOUR AFTER ORDERING. THEY REFUSED TO CANCEL CLAIMING IT HAD ALREADY BEEN SHIPPED WHICH WAS IMPOSSIBLE. I RECEIVED THE ITEM 2 WEEKS LATER CRUMPLED AND DAMAGED AND SO I REFUSED, PUT IT BACK IN POST AND A WEEK LATER THEY RETURNED TO ME AGAIN DAMAGED EVEN MORE. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS RUDE AND REFUSED TO HELP ME GET A REFUND, THEY ARE COMPLETELY REFUSING TO ACCEPT A RETURN AND EBAY/PAYPAL ARE BEING OF NO HELP AT ALL.

I recently purchased an ACER AIO Computer through Newegg, with Antonline as the the dealer. They delivered on time, but it was defective right out of the box! I purchased a new one but this computer, I believe was refurbished! As soon as I began to use it ran very sluggish to the point of program freezess, lock ups and evntually after shutting down it would not reboot and indicated major disc errors. The problem, It came pre-loaded with all kinds of non-windows software which included MALWARE and after a virus scan it found 53 VIRUSES. Called Newegg they said is was Antonline's problem. Antonline do not accept calls, so emailed them with the support not being knowledgeable, helpful or do they seem to really care. Finally, got a RMA # and they are forcing me pay $50 for return shipping for a DEFECTIVE computer! The computer has been returned and sitting at their place for a week and I have not heard a thing about them receiving it or anything about a refund. Their policy makes it very difficult and a lengthy process to return an item, even if it's defective. My refund will not be applied to my account for almost a month! Providing they do give me a refund and not send me my repaired machine back. Please - Do not buy from Newegg or Antonline and spare yourself the frustration! I iwll keep you posted.

Scam

Bought a motherboard at walmart online and antonline was the provider, they sent me an open box with missing parts, this is a scam. Now i will dispute it with my credit card, they wont answer your calls or emails.

I mean not responding at all. I placed an order getting error message "Incorrect integer value: '' after paying. Emailed them in vain - no response at all. Called support but that was pointless - the people there have no clue and no interest in helping you - they even sound like they've given up... Stay away if you care anything about quality customer service.

I don't go out my wya to leave + feedback but I got a great deal on a PS4 Slim Uncharted 4 bundle with a Dualshock 4 controller for my nephew. They came fast and everything was in the box brand new.

I contacted the Atlanta BBB about ANTOnline and basically got the "run around" from them. After numerous emails, back and forth, they just dropped the issue and quit communicating with me. They either have no influence with Atlanta businesses or they are just as corrupt. Don't waste your time with the Atlanta BBB. ( Better Bulls--t Bureau)

Bought 4k pc montior. Find out it is broken after plugging in everything. Try to return it, but said they didn't get my e-mails before the 30 days. They did, but were looking at the wrong e-mail address. Claimed 30 day limit was up because of their own incompetence. I'm out $1400 dollars. Once they have your money they will run. Seriously $1400 is nothing to sneeze at...

I purchased products from eBay and when i ordered it, my nightmare was just started.
There is shipping issue, products was returned to them, and they confirmed that they received. So, after that, they should refund my money. I understand that they can charge "Re-stocking fee." But, for 5 months, i didn't receive even $1... and i paid my credit card interest. I called sosososososo many times and send emails sososososososo many time. But, every time they got my message of heard my situation, they just made "Tickets" for us and hang up. Some of agent said "I can't do anything for you now. Just wait. We will call you back within 72 hours," so i wait every time. But, you know what?..."No one called me back!" and when i called them about this issue, they just made "new ticket" and "Sir, if you keep call us, we are not going to do anything"... WTF? And just hang up. Still i didn't receive my money back and amount is $1300 :) They hope that i forgot to call them or wait until i died. When i call ebay, ebay said it's more than 30 days transaction, so i should call the shipper and solve the issue. I knew that This company wait until 30 days from purchase for controlling customer! I have to say that "This company is huge scam" Please avoid!

Purchased a replacement battery for my APC back-up, paid $84.57 to these CROOKS! Battery was listed with a 1 yr warranty. 10 months later the battery failed. Tried contacting them with all the information they requested through email( they say you must inquire with email)and they never responded back Contacted my bank who issued the CC that I used and they have begun a dispute claim to see if they can get my cash back. READ MY LIPS, DON'T SHOP HERE!

I bought a ps4 controller from them supposed to be brand new with warrant, it wasnt and didnt. I used the conyroller for about an hour before i realized it wasnt charging. Paid $40 for it now to honor my "warranty" i have to pay a 30% restocking fee?! So $40+$12 fee thats $52 im would have to pay for now a refurbished controller! $#*! YOU ANTONLINE! Their customer service sucks a fat $#*!! DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE $#*!ES! I HOPE THEY GO OUTTA BUSINESS!

Antonline.com has been selling online for 20years in a very competitive and very low margin industry. We are an authorized reseller in everything we sell but at very low margins. With over 5 million customers, we focus on what they consider great customer service. Low price, fast shipping, and fast email responses to any disputes.
In order to stay in business we must charge a restocking fee we receive products that are write downs and cannot be resold. If the customer was charged a restocking fee it was because the item was open, used and not defective. If not defective, the manufacturer will not support. We have a great staff and only employ in the US. We drive all of our customer service through email and tickets so that management can review service and reach out to customers if a mistake has been made. We don't pay for positive feedback yet we satisfy 95.5% of customers.

If you have a problem with them their speech is "we're a ecommerce company" so all customer service problem are handled thru email. The website showed the size I needed but sent wrong size then want to charge me for shipping and restocking. Thank God it wansnt a big purchase or I'd get in my car and go postal on these $#*!s. BEWARE!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I ordered keyboard cover from them thru Amazon and tried to return to them because of much better price elsewhere. After multiple e-mails to them they wouldn't tell me how much my refund would even be so I didn't get it elsewhere after all. Their customer service IS TERRIBLE AND NO HELP. I wish I had read these reviews first and pray that this item is okay since it is Xmas present.
