The clothes look very cute online but they aren't the same once you get them. Very poor quality. Sizes run extremely small. I wanted to return them, & they offered me a 15% refund because returning them back to China, you have to pay for return shipping other fees, Etc. When I said that wasn't acceptable, they came back to a 25% refund. In the meantime, I got a 3rd shirt that was described as a sweater and it was nothing but a t-shirt. Looks like something my great-grandmother would have worn, so I didn't want it. Ended up taking the 25% because returning it would have been way too expensive and not worth it, and they know that. Whole biz is based on selling crap and buyer eats it. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! CHECK BBB

I had order a nice blouse - never showed up - they said was delivered - i never received it? & told them & not much help they didn't even let me know it was shipped - never received a notification its shipped - don't trust the site so last time i order from them - hopefully it will show up - if not i am out at least i only ordered one blouse so not out alot if its not resolved...

You can make returns without problem! That's the best part considering that most websites take weeks and I receive my order within 10 days on average with free shipping (I do it at least once a week).

While I completely understand that shipping overseas is a nightmare right now a order with this company is taking a month and half to get here. They ship when they have stock and don't inform you that they are waiting for items because they are actually out of stock. The size charts are wrong, the quality of items are poor and descriptions of items are misleading, so are the photos. Items will say cotton blend and when you receive it it's a rayon blend. If you attempt to send item back you will have to pay to have it shipped back to China very expensive. They will refund you about 10 to 15 % back to keep the item instead of mailing it back however what are you going to do with something you don't like or it doesn't fit? You're just stuck with it. Bottom line check return policy, if you have to pay to send it back don't order it. Buy from another company that you can return items.
