Hi, I'm really not sure what size I need in dresses. In Blouses I prefer a lower cut to the front, I need support on the sides as my bust seems to start below and very close to my armpit. In this online boutique I found what I needed.

Nowhere on their web site did they mention that returns would have to be sent to China. There is an address in the US.
