Total rip-off. The actual products look NOTHING like the images online. REALLY cheap material - printed nylon coats - not the boiled wool, embroidered jackets shown. Really large - took forever to get here. I wish that they would have just gotten lost and then I would have forgotten about the purchase. Will make a great "white elephant" gift. Remember the saying "too good to be true". Cheap prices, cheap quality, totally misleading. This company out to be ashamed of themselves. What goes around comes around. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
Just received "boots" and a "coat" from Annie Cloth. The shoes went right into the garbage because of the toxic plastic odor. I'm donating the coat. It was pictured as felted cotton with embroidery. It looked warm, yummy and very pretty. It's actually polyester with badly printed flowers. I wouldn't even use it for a bathrobe. Donation bag for sure! Really should have checked the reviews. Ugh.

A great deal of money was put into the website and pennies into the merchandise material.
I read the reviews after I order, wish I had done so before! I would have known to stay clear. I crossed my fingers and hoped the reviews were wrong but was truly disappointed. The material is NOTHING like the photos.
Still waiting for one of my items, but I already see how this is going to end up.
I too will be donating my merchandise to goodwill. $80 worth of junk!. I hope this review helps someone out there that likes what they see on the website. Actual merchandise and photo on the website are NOTHING alike. Shabby material, 5 & dime stuff. Truly a SCAM!

This company and any of it's affiliates is a SCAM. The Federal Government needs to step in and ban all sales from this company and any of its affiliates. As soon as I placed the order and noticed it was coming from China, I canceled the order within 10 mins. The cancellation policy stated I can cancel within 24 hours of ordering for a full refund. They never answered my email until a couple days later and then they stated it was already sent. I ordered from a similar place and the clothing was trash. I tried to send it back but it cost me more to send it back then I purchased. The USA needs better governance over scams like this. I received the sweater from Annie Cloth in the wrong size and extremely low quality. FALSE ADVERTISING, SCAM, THEFT FOR STEALING MY MONEY! Do NOT buy anything from these places.

I ordered a cotton/linen blend shirt. I received the shirt with the same styling as the shirt advertised but it is 100% polyester.

On behalf of myself and everyone else this company has rear-ended, I have filed a formal complaint with the federal trade commission against them. I never order from a company unless thoroughly researched and I got sucked into the beautiful clothing in a pop up. Worse, when I googled about the company this morning after noticing the Chinese letters with my order number, and realized I had stepped into a scammers delight, I knew I would never see my money again, I happened to luck into a site that posted all the reviews and they were bad! No way to talk to anyone, no response to how to return an item, items going to other states and when they were received, we're not at all like the items posted on the site. Can hardly wait for mine if I ever get it. They use the cheapest thinnest cloth, plastic and rubber to make absolute crap. I was concerned and called the bank to see if there had been any activity, to find out this Chinese outfit had made 4 attempts to enter my account now that they have all the info. Annie cloth is a scam, do not give them your information and don't open their email. If I receive my item, I will take pic of it and of what I thought I was getting and send it. I hope this info helps someone else.

Total scam. The catalog is photo-shopped CGI to simulate fabulous innovative casual wear. The product you receive is literally rags and child-sized, then it's almost impossible to process a return. Don't go there.

Annie Cloth scammed me. I ordered a knit sweater. After 6 weeks, I received a polyester mesh "sweater" with the pattern printed on it.
And then I have to pay to send it back! I don't trust them to refund me. They've already demonstrated dishonesty by sending me this terrible garment.

Annie cloth sent me the wrong item and they want me to pay for the return shipping. I have sent 4 emails and photos of the wrong item, but they insist that their policy is ALL returns must be paid for by the buyer, which would be fine if it wasn't their error and the wrong item was shipped. I even included my shipping confirmation that has a picture of the correct item. Will NEVER buy from them again. Recommend you don't either. I ordered a knit sweater and received a cheap polar fleece.

I tried to return something. You need to return within 15 days... Not only do they not respond with where to send the items but there is an added charge. I knew I would be responsible for the shipping fee but then I was told that they are being shipped to China and there would be a "custom fee" that I'd also be responsible for. If you don't mail back within 15 days they will not refund you but it takes them DAYS to answer there emails until it is OVER 15 days and you can't return the items anyway.
