Annie Cloth steals legitimate designs and then produces the very poorest of imitations. The two Icelandic-Nordic coats I ordered were supposed to be thermal fleece with embroidery. The package took 3-1/2 weeks to arrive and weighed less than five pounds. The contents were made of the flimsiest felt with snaps that didn't snap, instead of pewter-silver buttons. The embroidery was nonexistent. Instead, an amateur stamped ink flowers that were all smudged. You couldn't possibly ever wear these garments in public and they would not even serve as bathrobes in the privacy of your home. I was bilked, but have put in a claim to Barclays and also notified all of my Facebook friends. Let others know and report it, as I have done w/ BBB and your state attorney general.

I wish I would see this at the time of buying they are selling trash with fake pictures. Please don't ever buy anything there. These people should be reported and banned because they cheat people with bad quality products. They don't offer a proper way to return the items, you can end up paying a ridiculous amount of money on returning the trash they sell and they know that. So technically they still your money in front of your face with nothing you can do.

The photos are nothing like what the garment truly is. I ordered a sweater and received a skimp chamios fleece that you find in cheap baby sleepwear.

It was truly horrible. DON'T BUY ANYTHING. To return, you not only have to pay for shipping(which I found out when I was going to cancel), but you also have to pay for custom charges (they don't tell you this). You can cancel hour order with no fee within 24 hours placing order.

If you cancel later than 24 hours and garments/trash has not shipped, they will charge your 15%. I read horrible reviews a week after order and decided that I would try this website, I mean "How horrible could it be"? Well it is HORRIBLE. I work hard for my money and this website with their gorgeous clothing was truly ALL FALSE ADVERTISING.

This type of company needs to be shut down. They make their money because the customer does not want to go through the hassle they put you through to try to return their junk. So we give up and they have our money. I am not done with this, thank goodness I used PAY PAY which protects the buyer.

I Will prove my case with them and get my money back. I ordered SKU OU8R4978 a beautifully pictured sweater. My photos show what I actually received. Photo 1 is the website photo.

Photo's 2,3 and 4 is the actual garment. Annie Cloth is truly a SCAM SELLER using photos from somewhere else.
You don't offer a zero STAR

I wish they had a zero star, but unfortunately they don't. Please do not waste your time and money on these cloths, cause what you see is not what you are going to get. It seems as though somebody grandmother is trying to break in the sewing business and only sewed a button her whole entire life. They aleeady know you will want a return and they tell you that the shipping, which it is, very expensive, so they will offer a 15 or 20 percent on some cloths that you would not even give to the homeless, if you see a 2 or higher rating they are either being nice or the rip off owners are trying to implant false reviews.

On Oct. 8 2019 I foolishly ordered a beautiful sweater that I saw on my news feed and had to have. Never even thought to review it until after I had placed the order because the price was so great, just over 24.00. I reviewed it after I placed the order and reviews were BAD. I emailed the company by replying to the confirmation email I'd received and was surprised I got a prompt reply. So for $24.00 I decided to wait it out and see what happened. I finally received the order yesterday, Nov. 5, and although the sweater is gray, has pockets and a hood it is otherwise nothing like the one I ordered. The ridiculous amount of time it took for me to receive the order and the somewhat strange looking sweater I received ensure I'll never buy from them again. Lesson learned. Not even worth the effort to return and get my money back. I wouldn't waste my time.
