Ordered 3 items: of the two that arrived-the materials were cheap and cheezy. The feather top was so thin, I would have to wear something underneath. The denim coat was made from polyester, and the details were printed on the material rather than sewn. The third item was a dress that I didn't order. I suspect they ran out of the item, and just substituted a random miss-sized dress. Because they would not even let me purchase it additionally.
They would not refund, or even give a store credit-because it was 16 Days after delivery! Words to the wise: Stay away!
This is a terrible company. It is a fraud. I am out the money for the 2 items that were ordered. Stay away!

I ordered 2 dresses and 2 tops and they all cheap polyester knock offs that looked NOTHING like the
Photos online. I could not recieve ANY email replies. I made the mistake of sending them back and they were returned to me months later from China with "NO SUCH ADDRESS".
This site needs to be removed.

Received partial order, items were made very cheaply and ugly, only way to get a refund is to email them for return information and you have to return within 2 days, but they never respond with the return information. BEWARE!

This boutique is AMAZING! I would 110% recommend. The clothes are vintage and also modern... the customer service is spectacular. And they usually make exceptions on their return policy! The shipping even took about two days to arrive to my location and the wrapping that they put the items in is adorable!
I brought $80 worth of crap. Nothing was like the pictures Nothing. The picture I submitted was nothing like picture on website. It was supposed to be a beautiful sweater and I received a thin ugly housecoat. Everything was wrong. Material, size, color. Took forever. Should be barred from selling to Americans. DO NOT BUY anything from AnneCloth. I want my money back. NEVER AGAIN RIPOFF

BEWARE!...
The Company is from CHINA. It COSTS more $$$ to SEND ITEMS BACK. They delay responding to you, so they do not have to refund. If you send the items back, "THEY SAY", the package was lost in customs, so you" NEVER" get refunded. RIP OFF. Don't waste your money dealing with this phony company. Sad.

Please don't fall for this company. Fake, cheap clothes that do not represent photos. The attached photo was for a beautiful, knitted cardigan sweater. Been waiting since early October for other item. It will cost you to return their bait and switch clothes. Stay Away

It took over 3 weeks to get the tops I ordered, didn't realize they were coming from China. No paperwork or return instructions, when I finally e-mailed them they told me I had to send them back to China and pay all expenses. The pictures looked good, but when the shirts
Arrived they were cheap crap which I wouldn't consider wearing. They are blasting the internet with adorable pictures, but as you can see here all they peddle is junk. Certainly not a reputable company. STAY AWAY!

The clothes are awful, and nothing looks like the pictures. The clothes they send should cost a dollar. If anyone is saying the clothes are good, then it's a fake review. I had to file a claim. When a company tells you that you will get something, and then send you something entirely different, then you can file a claim.

Alas, I was sucked into the beautiful designs on this website. I purchased three items, two of them came 6 weeks later, completely different than pictures. The fabric is cheesey, the colors are wrong, and the style is not what I ordered. When I requested a refund, customer service offered to refund 10% of my purchase if I'd keep the items. I said I will accept no less than 50%, they said OK, and then refunded $6! The 3rd item has still not arrived... it' about 3 months since my purchase. I am sorry to add to the poor reviews here, but don't want you to waste your time and money. Doesn't even deserve one star.

I was scammed out of $29 plus shipping for a coat that was nothing but badlyh printed, cheap, thin nylon. Nothing like what it looks like on the website. And furthermore, they offered me compensation since it wouldn't fit a small child let alone an adult woman of UNDER $4 with the threat that I had to respond with 72 hours or they'd "close my case." I will be trying to get american express involved, but this is a total scam. The products look amazing and the prices are cheap, but you are going to get what you pay for --NOTHING but trouble
