The dress that I bought here and that came to my house, is exactly as it looks in the image, the delivery was very fast, the design is perfect for me.
I can not criticize the delivery or products of this online store, it is excellent. The only drawback is the choice of the courier service, the rest is perfect.

I wish I had never ordered from this company! I spent over $90 to receive half my order, which looked NOTHING like the pictures displayed. The "vintage" sweater was a completely different color than illustrated, the fit was completely wrong and misshaped, the stone in the earrings fell off just when I pulled them out of the box and the t-shirt was of such poor quality. They would not refund my money even after I sent them pictures of defective items. The only thing they would offer was a "25 percent refund to have the items repaired in the U.S." Do not waste your money!
I wish I'd checked the online reviews of this company BEFORE I placed a $90 order. I didn't know I was placing an order with a company in China. I ordered some jewelry and a couple of jackets 4 weeks ago. So far, I've received one jacket which looks nothing like the wool jacket advertised online. It feels like the polyester material my child's Halloween costume is made out of. As the rest of my order trickles in, I will update this review. My expectations are low.

It is a good boutique, the page is beautiful and easy to navigate, the only thing is that my order took a long time, although the scheduled day arrived, I would have liked it to be faster.
I asked for a dress for myself, the person who took care of my consultation was very useful and very soon I received my order in a matter of days. This is not the first time I have placed an order from this site, I also love clothing styles. Very fast and excellent customer service.
This company is the worst. I ordered a jacket, it did not fit. Upon return it was going to cost me $60 to send it to China where they are based. They initially offered me 15% refund instead of sending it back. When I asked for a return label they then offered me a 20% refund. The jacket cost 36.99 with shipping. I got a $7.25 refund, and I am out $29.74.
In addition I ordered another item on 11/20 and still haven't gotten it. I wish I had read the reviews prior to ordering!

I ordered almost $200 for Christmas gifts. There was a guarantee of arrival by the holidays when I checked out. So far NOTHING has arrived, I can't get any feedback from them, and I wish I had read these reviews before I started! Clearly another scam from China. Buyer beware

I ordered this dress for my mother and it arrived yesterday. It is absolutely dazzling. It was not personalized, so it was a bit large on the back, but you are absolutely delighted with the cost and appearance of the dress. She plans to buy another, we are both delighted with our orders.
Many of the items I ordered were not what I expected. The return policy as written on their website sounds like a standard policy in which free shipping is offered for the order and shipping for returns is paid by the customer after the company sends a return shipping label. After numerous emails to receive the return shipping address, they finally sent it to me and it was in China. To compensate me for their nondisclosure that returns paid by the customer were to China they offered 15% discount on the ordered merchandise that I didn't want. Paying for shipping to China would have cost over $100 for items that cost a fraction of that amount and 15% discount did not cover the expense. I reported this undisclosed return shipping requirement to my credit card company and included many emails I sent to Annie Cloth to resolve the matter. I was refunded 100% of the purchase amount and I still have the unwanted clothing which I offered Annie Cloth to return to China by way of a prepaid shipping label. I am still waiting.

Don't believe the fake 4-5 star reviews. This is a scam site, pure and simple. Ordered way back in the end of November, exchanged a bunch of emails with a robot about the order and finally just disputed the charge on my credit card. STAY AWAY.
