My purchase was done online without problems, the process was good and the items were delivered, which was amazing. I was also updated on the delivery process.
The worse online purchase experience ever. Two of the three items I ordered online arrived... eventually. The most expensive, and key one of my purchase, NEVER arrived. They lied and lied about shipment. Outright Lied. Finally I complained to PayPal, whom I had unfortunately used for the purchase. They insisted I mail back all three items at my expense immediately and I would then get refund. I did NOT HAVE the item to return. I only wanted refund for the item. IT was clear this was a scam. A Chinese or Hong Kong business with a cute name. Do NOT make my MISTAKE. (A caution of PayPal as well in internet purchases beyond services and known businesses). BEWARE.
I thought they had the cutest others. It took over 2 months to get some of my items. The shipped individually from China. It took so like for them to arrive and they were much poorer quality than I expected. Also. I used their size chart but the fit was still off. I'm stuck with a half dozen articles of clothes that I'll end up donating to goodwill.

I've been buying many things here after the first delivery! The articles were great and of incredible quality, as advertised on the website. The dresses I bought are very cheap, they look like designer clothes but from a clearance sale, I never expected it so good quality. I am hooked!

I have bought online several times in this online store. When I have to make changes or verify certain aspects of my order it has been exceptional. My items have arrived very well packed and fast!
I have never had a bad experience with this boutique, I recommend them all the time to my friends. Delivery time is normal for international shipping.
I ordered 2 sweaters from Annie Cloth in November 2019. Still haven't received as of February 11 2020. When I go into my account, the order isn't shown. Emails to Customer Service seem to be answered by a robot asking for your patience and that the items will be shipped in 7-10 days.
I made this a test order figuring at most I'd be out about $30. Since I don't ever expect to receive my order, I guess it was good that I did not to order more.
