Absolutely horrific experience from purchase to refused refund. I purchased a sweater for my wife, as a Christmas gift. Three weeks before the holiday, I was assured on time delivery. The sweater ( inferior quality and the wrong size) arrived a week late. I contacted "customer service" and was shocked to learn their no return shipping cost policy. Despite their mistake in order and the late arrival date, they refused to budge. Despite the outrageous return shipping costs to China ( exceeded the value of the sweater), I decided I had to pursue a return, on principle. TWO MONTHS later, and countless email correspondences with staff with little to no knowledge of English, I finally learned they "did not receive the package", despite postal service tracking to the contrary. They decided, without my permission, to send me another item, which I will refuse. Throughout this frustrating experience with this deplorably unprofessional company, their "representatives" displayed a total lack of English fluency, with "replies" filled with platitudes such as "thank you for your inquiry, we will do our best to resolve your issue", followed by many grammatical and spelling errors, as well as sentences that made no sense.
DON'T PATRONIZE THEM!

Items ordered took 2 months to arrive. They were very difficult to track on line as to when they would actually arrive. The pictures on line looked wonderful. The items that arrived were cheap in materials and construction. One is going directly to Goodwill. It will probably become a rag because the material is rough polyester with an iron on that looks like plastic wrap. I thought of returning everything but after waiting 2 months for things to arrive and then 3 days to get a reply about returns it seems best to eat the loss.

I made an online order, my money was immediately taken, but I have not even received an email to confirm my order was placed. I sent an email to the address they are sending in their responses to these reviews - and like many unsatisfied customers have said, nobody even responds to the emails.

I don't have an order number and have no idea if this site is a complete scam and the clothes don't even exist. I am so mad at myself for not researching this shoddy company before ordering and i was also fooled by the fact PAYPAL are associated with this company.

BUYER BEWARE.

Annie Cloth clothing does not at all come as advertised. The sizing is utterly wrong and you will be left with cheap clothing that you cannot even fit into. Quality is extremely low. It took 73 days for my order to be filled. When I reached out to the company explaining that the shoe size was in no way representative of an American shoe size (too small) or European shoe size as described, they basically told me my only option was to take a 15% cash refund or mail it back to CHINA on my dime.

I wish I had looked up this company first. They are a total rip off. You will never find a phone number and their items are junk. I ordered several things from them and not one was of any quality as it looked online. Furthermore, 2 items never even arrived (although one was claimed to be shipped and the other forever on back order). I finally got them to cancel those two things and although they promised a refund and escalate that refund everytime I contact them, I never get anything. I even escalated through Paypal, but "Annie Cloth" claimed I had to close the case so they could process the refund. Closing the case, it turns out did nothing and now Paypal won't even escalate. What a bunch of crooks! Can I give a zero stars? That's what Annie Cloth deserves. They are a big fat zero!
