My wife ordered items from Annie Cloth. They arrived two weeks later, but my wife did not like the items and wanted to send them back. When she spoke to someone in Annie Cloth's customer service, he requested access to her computer, which she gave (she knows now not to ever do that again). I overheard the conversation, took the phone from my wife and told the Annie Cloth Customer service person ("Jimmy Barker") he did not need access to my wife's computer, but he would not give up access, so I shut her computer down. We did not get her refund back and we are watching someone (from Annie Cloth, presumably) make multiple purchases on our bank account! Annie Cloth needs to be SHUT DOWN!

I have an email from you dated January 8,2020 saying you would ship them in 10-15 business days. Please refund my money.

The pants had a price of $26.73.

You have cute styles but you do not send all the merchandise. I would have ordered more from you. So you are losing repeat customers.

Excuse me, you must please check my order. I have your emails. I never heard of you in June of 2019. I ordered in December of 2019.

I wish I had checked out reviews of Annie Cloth before ordering. I ordered some gloves on Dec 2,2019. They didn't arrive until February 13th. I inquired on December 25th, but was told that the shipping would take up to 20 working days. That put the delivery around January 8th. I actually forgot about the gloves because it was so long after I had expected them. The tracking number had even expired when I checked again in mid January. I did not get a reply when I notified them that the tracking number had expired by January 22nd. I initiated a dispute with my credit card company because I figured the product wasn't going to arrive. It arrived after the dispute was settled in favor of Annie Cloth.
I asked for a free return shipping label as compensation for the late delivery. No response. I emailed again and I later received an offer for a "keep the item and receive a 15% cash refund, then, a follow up email later with a 25% cash refund was offered. I'll see how long it takes to get the refund.
Beware of the return costs. The item I bought cost $14.22. The return to China was going to be $17.25. How is that right?
All in all, a very terrible experience with Annie Cloth. Why they wouldn't offer a free return for an item that was over six weeks late, is really bad customer service.

I ordered several items... about 6 items. It took over a month to get just one of the items. Communication is horrible as I sent them several emails and I get hardly an explanation about why the items were not shipped. I received 2 items more, but in separate shippings. There are still 3 items that I haven't received. I want a refund, but not sure if they will respond to my emails. And I wondered why the items were so cheap. Horrible service and business practices. I ordered my items on Dec. 2nd, 2019 and today is March 4,2020 there are still 3 items (sweaters) I haven't received. DON'T ORDER FROM THEM.
