I have been shopping here for a few years and the quality and range of clothing always impresses me! I buy at least a few items every month and wherever I go, people comment on my outfits from here. Not only have I never received my purchase, even though the purchase price has been taken out of my account, but I had to cancel my credit card because someone in Saudi Arabia had used it a week after I made this purchase. I had no idea until I read all of the reviews on Anniecloth that it was in China, but I'd be willing to bet that my problem started with them. I've tried to get help from their "customer service", but they are non-existent. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM! I've always read reviews first. Why didn't I do that this time? I goofed.

I bought three dresses from this company based in China. The descriptions of these dresses all said COTTON.
Three months later, I received one out of three of the dresses and it was first, 5 sizes too big, very poorly made, was not at all the dress I ordered except for the vaguely same color, and worse, it was made with the cheapest synthetic fiber-- it was course and flammable. This fraudulent company uses photos of women wearing the advertised clothing they are selling, then they have someone make a copy of it (badly) using approximated design and color, but using really horrible and cheap fabric. When I wrote them back to complain they acted like they had no idea what I was talking about. I told them DO NOT SEND the OTHER TWO DRESSES. After some time went by without a response, they told me that it was too late, and if I wanted to return the dresses, I would have to pay for the freight back to China in addition to a customs fee and it would take months. So, I took all to the dresses to the goodwill. BY FAR, THE WORST ONLINE RETAIL EXPERIENCE I'VE HAD.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
July 21, 2020

Ordered 5/9/20, it is now 6/21/20, order is not even in the USA. This company is in China and claims to need 3-7 days for processing and 30-36 days for shipping. Keeps telling me they cannot cancel my order as it has been shipped but hopes I had a happy shopping experience with them! Shipping tracking number they gave me stalled out on 5/19/20 with Pitney Bowes having picked up to send to USPS then nothing since. Thank god I used PayPal to order with, I rarely use them but glad I went with gut instinct. No refund as of this date but still working on it. The items were not even a great deal, I just liked the style. AVOID THIS COMPANY AND BUY USA made like I should have. Wish I could give negative stars.

I've done what I should for a refund within 7 days, plenty of time, my email keeps coming back that mailbox is full. And look what the email address changes to: *******@gmail.com.
What a laugh! What a scam! DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE!

Warning! This company has yet to deliver our order from April 23 ( it's June 21). They are good at issuing emails ( with three very long tracking numbers you need to input in two sites) that also don't work.( seven emails to date). Save yourself the cost and never ending frustration. They Do not deliver. Still waiting in California. Order number JWAI9P*******

This company is awful with customer service. They've lost my order and are absolutely no help. Order was never received by USPS and they refuse to track it down. Stay Away!

I purchased a tee shirt on May 14. It is now June 20, I still have not received my item even though I paid $10 (USD) for shipping. I was greatly disappointed when I found out items are shipped from China. I thought this company was in the UK.
I am in the process of filing for a full refund via PayPal.
I will never purchase another item from them again.

This boutique has been incredible. Someone stole my package from my front door, which was a huge disappointment and quite depressing, to say the least, but once I let him know about the situation, they were offended by the package and literally made my life! Could not be happier! I highly recommend them to any girl who buys online!

Scam company beware

I placed an order over a month ago and not only have I not gotten the order all I get are automated emails when I try to contact customer service. They sent me a tracking number that is fake. I am now trying to get the order canceled through my credit card company. This is a fraudulent company beware!

I purchased several tees, a few dresses only to find that this company is taking advantage of what we can't see. The fabrics are poor quality and not worth what you truly pay. They pricing makes you think you're getting a bargain, but that's not the case. What is shown on the website is not what you're receiving. I'm very disappointed and will never buy any other items. As I stated,"cheap is always too good to be true"

I ordered a large and received a small top. While I liked the top I tried to exchange for the correct size that they didn't send. Trying to return is a challenge. I was finally told I could mail back to China at my own expense or they would give me 15% to alter (no way this could be done). From now on I will only deal with firms I am familiar with and that are reputable. Costly lesson learned but I am donating the top and someone will enjoy it.
