Terrible customer service can not call a live person. Then you want to return your item they answer you with another email of what you should do and give you no address to send back. I did not get part of my order and they said I had the wrong order number and they could not locate my order. Copied the whole order they sent me and they came back that they can not find my order. They were able to charge me for an order I did not receive... BEWARE
The girls in this online store were very helpful! My problem was resolved in a few days and her approach to customer service was excellent. It can be frustrating dealing with customer support when shopping online as they generally don't want to help or ignore after-care. But it was great to see that these girls were understanding and accommodating. Thanks for the help!

Navigation is perfect, the range of products that I would like to see is more varied and pleasant to go out with casual tops that are not cropped tops, or necessarily tight. The quality of the product is worth it. However, the clothing is true to size, the pants I bought sit higher than my waste, they sit on my belly and just below my breasts, not my waste line. Other than that. I am happy with the products.

I ordered a dress for my 21 birthday and I wasn't sure about the fit, as it felt a little too big. I got in touch with customer service, who was an incredible help. It allowed me to buy the undersize and try them on to see what felt better, and then it allowed me to return the size I didn't want for a full refund. Excellent customer service and helped me a lot!
I placed my order in April. I have inquired many times where the order is because they have charged my credit card and two months later I still have no clothes. Two of the items were out of stock, but they charged me anyway. Now they are telling me that they don't know when the items will be in stock but I will just need to keep waiting. I have requested a refund and I have also ask for them to locate my shipped items since they too have not arrived. It has been since May 23rd that they arrived in California, but still haven't made it to me. Anniecloth the order number is JWA9MW*******. I'll save you the trouble of asking.

I processed my order on 5/16/20. On 5/24; I emailed the company and was advised the items had been shipped. As of 6/20; the items have not, been received. I emailed them and now am being advised that it could take up to 36 more days. The tracking system states states my items have shipped. Do not waste your time on this website

Looks like we've been scammed. Ordered shoes 39 days ago. Anniecloth keeps saying that they were shipped yet they can't provide a tracking number or location. Be wary of this website. Some research revealed that the actual company is ChicV International Holding operating out of Hong Kong.

Absolutely beautiful clothes! After receiving my dress that had a bit of color glitter out of place, I expressed my concern, that they might have told me to try it or that I had received no response. Placed on cell phone, paid pal for purchase, have not get order, can not get reply from anniecloth or pay pal. I would like to get my money back. Someone is usind your ad and pay pal to defraud people. If this is nt the case, refund my money.
This Company is awful and I have yet to receive my order form May 15. Today is June 18. Requests for information via customer service has gotten me cut and paste policies from their website. Their tracking software is worthless. I am thoroughly frustrated and mad at myself for losing so much money as I have no hopes in receiving a refund. My bad - should have checked Sitejabber!

I purchased 2 items, and neither fit. It took 3 months just to receive my purchase! I have emailed Annie Cloth, providing them with the order number, sku numbers, product name, size and color, the date of delivery... they responded quickly stating that I need to provide them with order #, product name size color sku# delivery date. They obviously do not read your email at all. And as you read here on this site the responses to unsatisfactory customer service, they ALL say the exact same thing.
They have yet to provide me with a return label. But learning about this company here, I guess i will not be getting a refund.
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY IT IS A SCAM!
It is a very easy website to find what you want, especially with the filter options; good quality material at a good price. It is my first option to buy online when I need new sets.
