I placed an order on May 20,2020. It shipped, so I'm told. It reached San Francisco on May 28,2020. Live in Florida. Today is day 27. No items received, no actual human response from Annie-Cloth and no offer of assistance to help me retrieve my order.

I ordered on 5/10/2020. On 5/22/202 I got an email saying all items had shipped with a tracking number - I was psyched. Unfortunately it was BS. USPS is unable to locate the package, customer service is worthless in helping figure it out, there is no one to call, can't cancel the order. Thankfully I paid via Amex (BEST customer service!) and they've opened a dispute for me.
SEVERAL ATTEMPTS TO DETERMINE STATUS OF ORDER WERE NEVER RECEIVED OR UPDATED. MERCHANDISE NOT RECEIVED AND NO REFUND HAS BEEN ISSUED. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

I was excited to order products from this site but once I finally received the shipment 6 weeks later I was very disappointed that the items were not at as pictured on the site and very poor, poor quality. I have made dozens of attempts to return the order but no one will reply to me with return instructions and there were no instructions in the shipment itself on how to return. Unfortunately I had already ordered a second set of items before realizing how poor the quality was and have been unsuccessful at cancelling that order as well. Would avoid purchasing from this site.

My Order was placed the beginning of May. It has been with a shipping partner in South San Francisco California since May 22,2020. It is now June 22,2020. According to the tracking number provided, the United States Postal Service did not pick it up for delivery at this shipping partner. I have sent numerous emails to AnnieCloth with photographs of the order, the item number and the tracking number, and my personal information, but I keep getting Robo responses to submit my information again. Anniecloth was immediately paid through paypal. There is no phone number and no contact information other than "*******@anniecloth.com" email to inquire about my order. I am getting no where and feel they have taken my money with no merchandise shipped to me.
Do not buy from this company! This company does not tell you they are in China. Communication is horrible. At first I kept asking and asking where is my order with no replies. Then after a few months the envelope showed up at my door. Then I had to return all 12 tops I ordered I tried 5 different times to email them asking for an RMA number and giving them all the information they required but they never reply back. I Then wrote a letter and I had kept the envelope that Had the address on it where the order came from so I packed it all up and mailed it back. I then emailed them with the tracking number return.
Then the replies start coming that returns are to be shipped back to China and if not then NO refund. This company are crooks and they steal your money.
The website is so easy that my grandmother could navigate it! The settings and quality are absolutely amazing, I adore the beautiful details I find in this online store! I would 100% recommend it to anyone looking for an outgoing outfit that will make it shine. I received many accessories wearing my dress and that's it thanks to this boutique. Great customer service too.
