Excellent service for buying clothes on the internet! The only place I'll go to buy my dresses and some accessories. I will try to buy a skirt too.
Finally after 3 months managed to get my return label & refund by calling their customer service helpline number I finally received my last product this week. Of the 9 items I ordered I am not keeping any of them. Since you have to pay to ship all items to China within 15 days of their arrival, and pay duty fees etc. Their clothing is poorly made. The clothes look great on line only don't be fooled. Tried several times to reach out to them they have working email. So i went on the internet and i found this number + (eight five zero six three two zero 9 8 zero) when my line was connected they helped me some with instructions so that i can return there garbage back and initiated my money to me, at first I thought whether they will really help me or it's a scam but after I confirmed with my bank I was relaxed as I have really received my refund from them
I ordered jeans and they were all different sizes. I went to return them only to find out it is a Chinese company and they would only give me 15% or I had to pay exhorbitant shipping costs. In looking at their website, it does not say that the items need to be returned to China.
Annie Cloth is deceptive and I caution others to be careful. This is not how Americans do business. This is apparently how China does business.

Two months ago I ordered 2 items from Anne Cloth. The invoice stated they were 2 separate suborders. I finally received one item. Not very good quality, which I anticipated since it was so inexpensive. I only wanted it for hanging around my house and working the garden, so not really complaining about the rather poor quality that it is. What I do want to LOUDLY VOICE is the fact that I have yet to receive the 2nd item. I have emailed to them 3 times now regarding this. The automatic email response I get back states they will be in touch with me within 48 hours. I have yet to hear from them and the 1st email has been weeks ago. I purchase a lot online. This is the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER with an online purchase. Proceed with caution if you choose to buy from them, which can be tempting because the pictures are so darn cute and the price so cheap.
