I have ordered a lot of clothes, most of the weekends I buy online here! I would like a better selection of underwear, since it is difficult to find, I am still in love with all the clothes I have bought here!
Finally i am happy not with the item managed to get my prepaid shipping label & refund I ordered a very nice blouse and a knee length denim coat for Fall. It took 2 1/2 months for my shipment to come and I was shocked at what I was sent. Instead of the long sleeved white poets blouse I was sent a half sleeved mint green shirt with bows on the elbows. Instead of the long denim coat I was sent a hip length blazer with a different color belt 3 sizes too small. To return them both the shipping was $47 The leggings look nothing like they do on the website and the sizes are not true to what they are posted as. The product sent out is cheap in more ways than one. I went on the internet and i found this number + (eight five zero six three two zero nine eight zero) when my line was connected they helped me some with instructions so that i can return there garbage back and initiated my money to me, at first I thought whether they will really help me or it's a scam but after I confirmed with my bank I was relaxed as I have really received my refund from them

I bought over $100 worth of items from Anniecloth last spring. First, it took 6 weeks for the items to arrive--I think they were using a rowboat. Then, when I received the clothing, most things were not what the pictures showed--very poor quality and material not what was described. The shoes I bought fell apart after about 2 hours of wear--literally fell apart in the grocery store! The scarf was of a thick material that would not bend easily and would be very uncomfortable wrapped around my neck. Then, when I wanted to return the items they said they would charge me the return shipping, which would be more than the worth of the shipment, so they would only refund me 35% of only two of the items. VERY BAD BUSINESS, BEWARE!
I ordered a sweater for my sister in law. The price was CONSIDERABLY lower and although the shipping takes a bit longer than I'm used to, they have quick responses from customer service, it arrived within the stated time frame. I would order from them online again!

I ordered 4 items for my girlfriend for around 100$. When they arrived 2 items did not fit. After contacting company they informed me that exchanging the items for the correct sizes was not a practical option and would I settle for a 15% refund. I agreed to a 15 % percent refund and expected to receive about 15$. I was refunded about 6$ and informed the refund only applied to the items that did not fit. In the end I paid about 90 $ for 2 pieces of clothing that are made of very cheap material. STAY AWAY from this company. The clothes are cheap and ill fitting and returns are not an option. Instead of standing by their products they will cheat you.
