No, not their products... but hard to tell since I ordered items on Nov 22 and it's now Dec 28th and yet to arrive. Some of the things showed up JUST in time for Xmas. One item is still stuck in NJ since the 17th. I have no idea WHY this company has such issues with shipping and delivery in a timely manner... not like they ship for free. :(
I bought several tops from Anniecloth... they looked really cute online. When I got them, they look OK, but the sizing is widely variable. I bought mostly larges, with 2 extra-large because that's what was available. The 2 extra-larges were smaller than the larges. The sleeves on all the long-sleeved tops come down over my entire hand and I have pretty long limbs. One of the larges has to be mislabeled because it's so small, I can't even get it over my head. I got in touch with Anniecloth to return the ones that don't fit. I was told I was responsible for shipping, which would be almost as much as I spent to begin with since I'd have to send it back to Hong Kong (didn't realize it was shipped from China when I bought it). I'll just donate the items to Good Will, but I will not be buying anything else from Anniecloth.

I ordered a dress as per the measurements supplied on the www.Item arrived and was 38cm shorter than advertised so I took photos and emailed Anniecloth to ask for a refund. They offered me a 15% refund so I could alter the item. It is now nearly a month later and I am tired of negotiating with them. Faulty goods should be replaced or refunded without question, including the shipping cost as I did not receive anything I can actually wear.
