I used Andi twice and both of the workmen were horrible. One was to do welding and after hecsaid he would do the work, i had to track me down, only to tell me it wasnt worth it to him. The other was an asdembler of furniture. He told me the item wws missing a part, although it was because he failedcto read the instructions properly. He also s3emer to br in a hurry as he had put together one other patio chair andcsimply wanted to lesve. A neighbor was able to put the chair together. Both of thesecworkers were simply and lacked the neededxwork ethic. I will never use Angi again.
Absolutely a life saver I appreciate the professionalism and the job that was performed. The team was on time and did a wonderful job for me
I used Ang's for 4 or 5 service requests. Either no one responded or when they did the quotes were so high. Had a tree trimmer show up unexpectedly when I asked him specifically to come another day. He was very unprofessional. Pulled up in an old pick up truck with his girlfriend and what looked to be an x-con. I told him what I needed done but he pushed me into having more work done and escalated the price $150 over what I said I could pay. I am currently in a battle with a gutter company that flat out lied to me. Not going to use Angi's again and will not recommend them.
Zero stars. I needed some windows replaced. Angie sent 2 guys in a van with a ladder. The Pros as Angie called them, showed up with no tools. I had to loan the so-called pro all the basic tools needed for the job. The pro left a mess and broke my window. Angie has done nothing to make this right.
We have had several emails and phone conversations with them about getting my window fixed. All you get from Angie is a person who has no knowledge of what is involved and only reads from a prepard statement over and over again.
The Pro has caused more damage than the original job. The job was $479.00 and the damage created by the pro is over $ 700.00.
Everyone should be aware that if something goes wrong, Angie will not stand behind their work!
This company charged me $400 a month for leads. Which would be okay, I guess, if I could ever get a lead on the phone. People either never answered their phone or couldn't afford the work they needed done. As well, I got scammed by someone who was trying to get a few grand off me, and I dealt with a customer who refused to pay up when bill time came. I tried to get the "Angi Client Services" team on the phone to figure out why I've made little to no money on the site and why I'm being charged for essentially nothing, and it took about 2 months. Even then, I got no answers, or help, and am still trying to get in touch with someone so I can be free of my contract. The clients I was able to get in touch with would tell me things like "I don't know why I'm on that site I never signed up" "no I don't need any painting done!" "I'm so sick of Angi, you need to cancel your service with them"
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. It's a scam, they will take your money, and once you sign up it's nearly impossible to get away.
I am satisfied with my experience in this summer kitchen and bath remodel. They are worth to be introduced to more potential customers.
EXCELLENT QUALITY SERVICES, HIGHLY RECOMMEND CHARLES CLARK. RELIABLE, DEPENDABLE, QUALITY SERVICE, HONEST. GREAT JOB REPAIRING SKIRTING AROUND TRAILOR..
What a waste of time and money trying out Angi list for getting work. As you will hear from a ton of other Pros that are reviewing, here is my experience (1) you pay for leads that don't call, text or email you back (2) they deny lead credits on bad leads (3) as a Pro you spend a lot of time and money on bad leads that generate zero work. The leads are a hit or miss and a Pro starting out should go a different route. I recommend to just take the money and time you would be spending on this service and use it on FB marketing campaigns, visiting Home Depot/Lowes/Tile Shops and others like them to set up pro accounts and get work through them. Also, hit the street, create flyers and drop them in peoples mailboxes, add your company to Google Business, and most importantly create a website. If you need help email me *******@theCREteam.com. Thanks and good luck.
As a lead buyer / business -
I've been in the lead generation space as a buyer since 2015 and have worked with many companies but the experience I had with angi's formerly home advisor has been the WORST.
Clearly fake leads that they will not issue you a credit for. All aspects of "support" are a joke. No one knows how anything works and will provide you with conflicting information. RUN DON'T WALK FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
Thorough cleaning of my sister's trailer. After going through everything and seeing it afterwards; it looked like it was set up for a showing to be sold. Our family was shocked as to how great it looked. Definitely recommend their services to anyone. Below are some pictures; I'll try to get them all on here. There is a total of two bathrooms, three bedrooms, living room, kitchen/dining room and laundry room in hall, large closet in master bedroom. All thoroughly cleaned; and large amount of packing.
I contracted with Kenneth J LeBoeuf Plumbing & Heating for several projects for the past 3 years including 4 Bathrooms renovation, 3 Kitchens renovation, Heating systems upgrade, replacement and maintenance on multiple properties/units. Ken has done a superb job. His price was reasonable; fairly quick turnaround; work area in and out was left neat. All in all, I would recommend Kenneth J LeBoeuf Plumbing & Heating to anyone. I am so happy that I used angi services, I will definitely use it again.
I will recommend to all my friends.
I would recommend Angi to anyone who is need of any house repairs. I used Victoria's Construction to repair my banister. They did a great job. I will continue to use them in the future.
I had some windows repalced. I provided the replacement windows. The non-professional who showed up was completely unqualified to do the work. He did not have the necessary tools and asked to borrow those from me. He over-applied the sealant, causing it to ooze out of the frames. Then he informed me that I would need to wait 72 hours before removing it. I objected to that, saying that I paid for a complete job. He informed me that he was only paid $150 for this job and abruptly left. He also broke one of the windows. Angi sent out another person to remove the excessive sealant, but he couldn't do anything about the broken window. It's been 2 1/2 weeks, 2 long phone calls and 7 emails, and I don't have any answer as to the process to repair of the broken window.
Arrived promptly; worked efficiently; were eager to answer all my questions and explain the process.
I had a leaky faucet. They sent out a handyman who said he could manage the job, but would have to come back as the job would longer than anticipated. Angi charged me $300+ for his opinion. Left within 5 minutes. I called to complain, they sent another man out, insisting this man would be an experienced plumber. Another handyman. He was a bit better than the first, however, he told me I needed some new parts, even helped me order them, told me to call when they came in and he would come install them. I lifted several messages and he never called back. The only positive thing is that Angi agreed to refund my payment. So I did what I should have...I called a real plumber. I will NEVER book with Angi again.
I asked for some small gutter installation and all angi sent was preditory gutter companies ie leaf guard and he just showed up like he had an appointment. I had told them 2 times on the phone not to COME TO MY HOUSE. I guess its my own fault for trusting this web site never again. If i could i would give a minus rating!
No questions. Extremely disappointed in your account manager Scot. It seems all he was interested in is charging us more instead of pinpointing our adverting budget so we could actually make money using your services. We continuously have had issues connecting and talking with him for YEAR. The only way I could ever get him to answer an email is connect someone here to have him respond to our emails. No after all these years of using your advertising because of his failure to help us. We have no choice but to cancel the service because how it current it we don't get enough jobs because we get to many contacts from areas we don't actually service. And he response if we narrowed it down to where it would work for us...He would have to charge us more for a smaller target area? How does that make sense?
August 2022 I paid to have someone come into my home and put up a 60" TV. When the guy arrived he was 2hrs late, claims he was lost. The guy had no idea what he was doing. He refused to use the bolts that came with the wall mount because he didn't have the tools for the bolts. He used his own screws. I called Angi multiple times to complain and the only transferred me in circles. To make a long story short July 2023 the TV fell off the wall and hit my son. The screws slid out the wall the and the TV fell and broke
Answer: You'll have to contact the website directly. They don't monitor the Sitejabber website. Try to see if you can get them to delete your profile. If not, I would contact the Better Business Bureau or the Attorney General's office or another state law enforcement office in your state. This sounds like fraud to me (but, I'm not a lawyer).
