MRPRO'S did a wonderful job creating the best atmosphere for our living room. I gave him a picture of my couch and he came up with a four color color scheme that looks amazing. That also did my floors, some plumbing and landscaping! They are the best with affordable prices
Been with Angie's/ Angi for many years my current Rep is the worst. No communication no call backs no nothing. Paying for bad leads explained my line of work and received terrible leads. Stay away
Chris (BTM KITCHEN & BATH REMODELING) was so nice, professional, very talented & also gave his ideas. I love my bathroom very much. My family & friends always give me compliments about my bathroom.
I did not use angis services, we were recommended word to mouth by a friend that had a kitchen done by BTM remodeling and we had the best experience with the company. Would highly recommend.
This company is very professional and prompt. Very courteous and efficient at completing the remodeling of my kitchen.
Very easy to access the app, super explanatory. Are new and interesting experiences.
Professional. Explained everything that would be done. Made suggestions which I appreciated.
I'm a contractor who got nothing but 5 star reviews. I've been the victim of scams that did less damage to my bank account than Angi. They provided me with %50 flaky leads for sometimes $40 per lead. Because I'm proud of my work I rarely charge more than $100 (locksmith work). When I'm getting charged $40 (+ $300 membership fee) for a job that I have a %33 chance of contracting that I only charge $100 to complete it doesn't take long to realize how much of a pox this service is for my business. Good luck & good riddance Angi. I wouldn't recommend your service to anyone.
I hired Jeff from Rise and shine at first he seemed great, unfortunately that wasn't the case. Heard him cussing and yelling in bathroom then my neighbor heard him yelling and cussing out by his truck. We didn't have him back again and never will he should not be working with the public I don't give any stars it wouldn't submit without choosing a star
I sign up for AngiList as a pro. Angi app started giving me problem. I called Angi and they told me they were having problem with their app. I requested lead refund of 1000 buck that the site charge me even it's their app fault not mine but they denied my refund. So I asked to use the opportunity leads only. It takes six call to them to complain about it and they finally turn my direct lead of and let me use the opportunity leads only. On the opportunity lead Angi say that I only get charged if the lead respond to me but it turn out that Angi charge me anyway even before the customer contacted me. When I talk to one of the customer they told me that there was 5 other pro that contact them. That let me to believe that angi charged at least 6 pro for the same lead. Each pro get charged 25 buck. Angi is making more money per lead then us pro. I average out 1 job for every 5 leads. So the actual fee that I have to pay per job is 125 buck. I got fed up cause I'm working my $#*! of for free cause angi taking all the money. Angi is the WORST investment I ever made and it stressed me out. Thumbtacks.com are a better website.
They're straight forward, very efficient and hard-working. They also have great sense or humor, I had a good experience with them. I'll love to recommend them to everyone who needs a handyman
I needed to find someone to clean my gutters. It was easy to use Angi to find a company to do the work. The company I selected did a great job and lived up to their reviews on Angie.
It was okay they find the right contractor do me it was very understandable at what I want to do for my house everything when okay at last
The experience was very satisfactory. The team was very responsive, knowledgeable, and proficient.
Communication is terrible. The leads are difficult to reach and overpriced I would also say recycled but some are not. The only way to manage this is to not let them send you leads and only respond to opportunities that request you directly. Even then, the leads are very hard to reach.
Also, when it comes to credit, the company doesnt care if you have called the customer 30 times, sent emails and texts. They still charge you for the lead. Additionally they charge you for the leads that have bad information in them! Even those are not refunded. And, finally they draw your credit card often. We had to stop payment with the credit card company until someone contacts us to assign the credits we are deserved. What a rip off. This company will put small companies out of business.
Electrical service. Great very professional, I would hire him to come back any time thank you Chane Suarez
It was great nothing broken door jams were protected
I deleted the mobile app bc it repeatedly gave me error messages when trying to review The Deck Guyz. So I tried the desktop site but it kept bumping me back to the app. So I deleted the app. Now when I click to review them on the desktop site it links me to some other company that I've never even heard of in an entirely different service category, AND the phone number to "contact pro" for The Deck Guyz is wrong.
I'd love to post a positive review about my awesome new deck, but I've been trying for days and I'm about to give up. Angi hasn't been the same since Angie's List and I'm pretty sure this will be the last time I use the site/app. And I have advised my deck contractor to consider likewise.
When I went to contact Angi about this problem I found that I would have to upgrade membership to speak to a human but I could send a message. When I wrote the message however, it was rejected with a red error about punctuation.? Despite not including any unusual characters. I ended up scouring the internet and found a customer service number for Angi on Trustpilot in some negative reviews. So I was finally able to post my review in the right place, but only after way too much time and frustration.
Contractor did a great job. Prompt, professional, great price. THIS review is of the Angi app in rural areas. We have rural low speed internet and cell coverage, and he couldn't contact me on the Angi app link, and I couldn't submit a review or contact him on the Angi app on my smart phone-- we texted after he sent me his direct number; the link did not even work, I was signed in to Angi but the App kept saying I was not, or that my email was not registered, and I could not save my review (I entered it twice). I'd open the link in the email the Angi app sent me, and it'd say I didn't have an account or the link would not work. I gave up, was able to complete the review at work where I have high speed internet. But I am not prone to use Angi when it will not function 4 miles away at home where the internet is s l o w and cell phones have only 1 or 2 bars.
Answer: You'll have to contact the website directly. They don't monitor the Sitejabber website. Try to see if you can get them to delete your profile. If not, I would contact the Better Business Bureau or the Attorney General's office or another state law enforcement office in your state. This sounds like fraud to me (but, I'm not a lawyer).
