This company is owned by the same parent company that runs dating sites and have no clue what small business owners need. They are unethical in their business practices, locking you into long term expensive contracts. They auto renew without your approval and then threaten to destroy your reputation if you don't pay. They won't let you out of your contract for any reason even if you go out of business. Their customer service sucks especially after Angie's List and Home Advisor merged to become Angi. The leads aren't worth what you have to pay for them. Stay away. Porch, Craftjack, Thumbtack are all much better options.

I used Angie to help me find a contractor to paint my kitchen cabinets. John Kara's did an excellent.job. I used Superior Marble and Granite for my counters they did an excellent job. I have been very pleased with Angi's services.

I was offered several choices and the first landscaping crew I called, Nicolas Landscaping, called back immediately. I'd had trouble getting anyone out to do the work. They did excellent work and lived up to their evaluations.

My mother-in-law lives in a rural area in upstate NY. She has health issues and I signed on with Angi List to hire a cleaning service bi-weekly. Paid for the service, set the date, received confirmation and they never showed when they were called they lied and stated it was for another date, so waited a few more days for that date and they never showed or called again, they did this several times stating they are having problems finding someone in her rural area... so we canceled it all together. Wrote to Angi and received a "Oh so sorry" 1 liner email 3wks later only to say to leave a review an maybe it can be dealt with then! What a crock this company is... don't waste your time or money. So disappointing!

If you're a contractor please steer as far as you can away from this service. They set you up thinking you're going to be passing jobs to other contractors because you're so busy. The reality is the charge you per lead customer whether you call them or not. I was charged in total $375 with a pending charge of $84 I believe for absolutely nothing. This is in 1 months time mind you. No customer call backs, and the representative who sells you on the site never informs you of how it's going to be. Then you call back to explain what's going on, and that you want to close their service. They then start in by saying it's like a "raffle" their words not mine, and it needs to be treated as such. I asked if I could forfeit the original $100 and charge it up as a learning experience and if they could just refund my card that's now pending an additional debit of $250. They offer me all this credit for a site I don't want. After everything is all said and I lose an additional 1 hour of my time/life listening to their spiel they inform me they can't refund my money. My bank is going to have a field-day with these unapproved charges. Thank you for absolutely nothing Angi and I sincerely mean that from the bottom of my heart. Wish I could leave no stars.

I had to leave a review for this cleaning company! Its hard to find reliable, detail oriented people to clean for you these days. But The Kleaning Company did an outstanding job on my house. Very professional but friendly and GREAT cleaning services!

I will not recommend anybody to pay U$ 250 membership and later you received a bunch of unanswered phone calls, spams, o not win job but still you pay for every lead you receive.
It was waste of time, gasoline and money.
