Had some cracked tiles replaced and other tiles refurbished and all was regrouted. They did an excellent job. They arrived on time, completed the job as quoted to me and cleaned the entire area as if they were never there. Excellent company, highly recommend.

We tried to use this service and their so-called experts never showed up. On four separate occasions in 3 weeks when it was verfied that someone would show up; they did not. Each time they were going to escalate and make sure it never happens again. Each time they failed us! Lousy service from a company that does nothing to check the experience of its handymen. What a joke.

If you are wondering why Angie's list changed it's name to just Angi it's because they were under a lot of scrutiny for misrepresentation.
I suggest doing research.

I was selling my house on short-notice and used Angi for both carpet cleaning and air duct cleaning. The carpet cleaner was a guy, not a company, with a retail carpet cleaning machine. The next day pretty much all the spots were still there. I had to hire Stanley Steamer to get the job done right. The duct cleaner was just another guy with a hand-held vacuum. Angi's use of the description 'professional' is quite an exageration.

These services were back in August of 2022. The only reason I'm writing now is I just got an email that Angi was going to renew my membership which reminded me how irritated I was with the service.

This is the second time I tried to use this service. Booked an appointment, made work arrangements to be told my professional canceled. When I call to cancel the service, they charged my 25.00 for cancelation, even though they had nobody to do the job in the time slot I booked. Never again. I will be disputing the credit card charge when it comes. What a SCAM!

Did you ever have an impossible time canceling an online service? Angi,s is one of them. I urge you to avoid signing up.

Attempted multiple times to Angi.com, unsuccessfully, phoned and got referrals, guy came but never finished, unable to find my job on web, so called, they couldn't find my request. I was left hanging with a poor service provider and no support from Angi! Very angry and frustrated. Never use Angi again.

Absolutely terrible experience. If I could I would give them 0 stars. Just a shameless ripoff. I don't know why I even bother to sign up with them. They lock you in to an annual contract and provide nothing in return. I spent so far $1600 and got $0 in return. This company doesn't even try to apologize, they just rub you. Do not waste your money.

Had a basketball hoop assembled by two Angi "Pros". It put together incorrectly and this was not clear by the way it looked. It wasn't until later that day a family member pointed it out. This poses an imminent safety risk to children and the risk of it falling on my home. Angi could only schedule disassembly four days later meaning my children could not play outside. Angi will also not reimburse me for the tip I generously gave the initial pros. If they had a tipping system online this could be tracked. What a waste of time and money. I will not be using Angi again.

Do not use this App.
They have figured out a way to make lots of money by charging providers fees for sending supposed leads. If you open the so called lead you are charged whether you can do the job or not. Don't be fooled into thinking they are working for you. Exact opposite, you will be working for them, and paying them to do so.
Do not be mislead like my husband was. You will be sued by them. They are attempting to collect money from us that they did not earn. We are filing lawsuit as well. Please believe me. The original Angie's List was straight forward and overall a good company. Now, NO! Most of their money is being made scamming providers and homeowners.

Used thos app to find reliable cleaning sevice and found two great young ladies to clean my rldey neighbors house and I'm very happy with their work.awdome job

The reviews and business that we chose was top notch. We had our house cleaned and it was a fraction of what we paid when we had used A la maid or Molly Maid and so much better of a job!

Actually negative 5 star review. I spoke with Angi leads over a year ago. I told the guy I wasn't sure I wanted to sign up and I needed to talk it over with my wife first. After speaking with her we decided to go with Angi's ads instead. Well Angi's leads had already drafted my account. But I was able to speak with someone and get it figured out and refunded. Well exactly a year later they drafted $149.99 out of my account again. What the heck kind of business are these crooks running. I called immediately on June 5th and was told I would be refunded in 7-10 business days. Nothing so I call back and they act like they haven't even heard from me the first time. Well he tells me it'll be 7-10 business days again. On July 3rd I called back to check the status and again they act like I haven't called before. I'm now sitting on hold again on July 10th with the run around that he's talking to another department. He came back on the line told me it'll be 5-10 business days then he hung up on me! I'm livid! Worst company I've ever dealt with is an understatement. Do not join Agni leads or any other Angi's for that matter. You've been warned.

Worst experience on so many levels. #1) Our "pro" put one of the chair seats on backwards which made the back stick out and the chair lean. He even had the audacity to charge for more time, after obviously putting it together wrong and never fixing it. The other chair was put on correctly but not bolted in. I'm 8 months pregnant and the chair almost broke apart underneath me.

#2) I called to complain about the service not being done correctly and they said they could only offer a 50% discount. They were also very rude. I then called wayfair who I booked them through, and my wayfair rep actually talked about how horrible they have been.

#3) if you do actually get any sort of refund they can't refund your CC, you have to send them the invoice and they mail you a check.

Anyway, so grateful my husband realized all the screws weren't screwed in or I could have gotten seriously hurt. He ended up having to put the chairs together in the end, so this booking only caused us stress.

First time using Angie's lists don't know why I haven't used Angie's list before. Very easy to navigate will recommend it to others

Very professional work clean up well after done recommend these painters to anyone I'm very pleased call them for a professional paint job.

In January 2023, I made two bookings for Angi to clean two houses before and after a family reunion in New Meadows, ID in July 2023. The person who took my bookings recorded details incorrectly. I tried unsuccessfully 5 times to get them corrected. I finally got another representative on the phone June 22,2023 who said I would have to cancel the current bookings and make a new one. The price quoted was more than 60% higher than the price originally quoted. And the details were incorrect again. When I called again the next day to get those corrected, the price went up again. Needless to say, I'm very frustrated, both by the inconveniences experienced and the revised, revised price.

Just used Angi list to have my washer hauled off. Big Bob's Hauling called minutes after I requested a quote and arrived within the hour. Quickest response I have ever had. The Price was right and the washer is out of my basement. If you need something hauled call Big Bob's Hauling soon. With this work ethic this person is going to building a big business and will be hard to get as quickly as I did in the future. No fuss no mess just business.
