I put in a request for a Clothes Washer Repair online, it gave me a price that I agreed to but when I went I select an appointment time, the website came back and told me that time slot wasn't available and then it also upped the rate by 1/2. The. I called in to a rep, informed them of the situation and he DOUBLED the second rate. Now I'm getting TONS of SPAM E-Mail from Angi. As far as I'm concerned NO ONE NEEDS TO USE ANGI. PERIOD..

I received a marketing email from Angi regarding shower remodel costs in my area - I clicked on the link but there was no cost information, only questions on what we planned to remodel. Guess I was naive - as soon as I entered the information I was inundated with calls and texts on a holiday evening, and these continued well into the next day! 30 separate calls and texts from 3 different companies, sometimes calls repeating every 1-2 minutes. I no longer can recommend this service.

After purchasing $2729.45 of manufactured hardwood with the manager showing us what we needed to match the wood flooring sample we brought with us. we received the wrong color of wood and the wrong
Width. When we returned it to Menards for a refund they charged us a $810.00 restocking fee. We complained that they made a mistake, and their reply was "you signed for the order." Of course we signed the order with faith that the manager knew what he was doing. They are making us pay for
Their mistake and that is not good business practice. We have purchased many household items from
Menards over the years and thought they were a reputable company but this is gives them a black eye

Unfortunately, big box stores have contracted with this Angi to handle their pros installation. I bought a toilet and install from lowes and found out that Angi was handling the installation. They scheduled me for service without even talking to me, I wouldn't be home at the time they scheduled the pro. They are very difficult to get a hold of. Also, have I mentioned they were sued and had to pay 7.3 Million dollars? Stay away from anything Angi if you want the job completed.

DO NOT USE ANGI...I purchased a table and chairs from my mom and wanted to have it Professionally assembled... after paying the fee and getting 4 emails about when they were going to be there They sent my mom a text that said they would be 10 hours early. When I tried to confirm with angie's, they had no information about the pro that was going to be at my mom's house other than a temporary phone number that did not work for them. And only my mom would be able to try to reach the pro...DO NOT USE...COMPLETELY UNSAFE SITUATION...DO NOT USE

I booked well in advance for an eletrician to visit my business. At the time of booking, they indicated they had a pro available. In actuality, they didn't and rescheduled 30 minutes before the appointment. Contacted support and they kept changing their story. Please avoid using this company would be my advice.

This company sent us leads that had nothing to do with our company. We reached out to the account manager who was NEVER available, didn't return calls after leaving many voicemails. They denied us access to our account and continued to bill us over night and at random for varying amounts. Once we were FINALLY able to speak with someone we told them to CANCEL, CANCEL, CANCEL! They continued to bill us after we received an email from them informing us of our cancellation- In an attempt to resolve this I reached out to them AGAIN and was told that if I didn't continue to pay them for what was "owed" they would send it to collections and ruin my credit. I reached out to my bank to contest the charges as it is theft and was informed by the bank that they had the same issue with several other customers! Save yourself the money, time and frustration and AVOID them at all costs! Will be reporting them to the BBB as well as the Federal Trade Commission.

I am a single woman with an old home and not very experienced with remodeling companies. I was nervous about getting a bid, but the chief engineer was willing to work with me and my budget. He was very approachable and trustworthy. The workers were efficent and they did such a super job. They worked a long, hot day, and it was hard work. These guys all have my utmost respect. I have made several attempts to rectify the issues I have had with your rude customer service representatives. I called to book a license individual to install an A/C. I got a woman who was rude. I asked for a supervisor and she hung up. I called back and got China another representative and asked for a supervisor. She gave me the *******474 for Customer escalations which deals with your vendors and customers dispute issues. That department transferred me back to your sales department and I got a Jay and he tried to send me back to your Customer Escalations department. And then he hung up on me. I have been kept on hold and then hung up several times this morning. Now I have Carlo on the phone and he is trying to give me the same number for Customer Escalations although I have explained the department and its function to him. Either you have serious training issues as well as horrible representatives or the other department has not been trained to know its function. Carlo just hung up and now I have Vanessa on the line and I tried to get assistance but she refused. I would hate to see what kind of bad service I would get with your vendors who have turned out to not be as your salespeople have stated. Each one refused to do the work that was asked and wanted to make a different deal.

Logan Briggs, was a con artist taking of advantage of seniors in our community by not using up to code materials and not replacing original off ridge vents and used fake ridge vents. Wrong color, no code materials and now my house in more humid than ever. Angi owns Total Home Roofing, a multi million dollar scam company. Read reviews on any site. If Angi is attached. RUN high prices, out of state workers, poor quality, $#*! on seniors.

About half of all leads generated through Angileads were fake/had already been completed. I brought this up to multiple people in this company. Despite being told by multiple people they empathized with me nothing was done about it and a $3000 bill show up to me for nothing. I offered them half, which is what was fair multiple times and they rejected. At first I thought maybe I was just unlucky then I looked into it more and the Federal Trade Commission had ordered them to pay 7.4 Million dollars for these exact deceptive and fraudulent practices.

All in all, Angileads is a terrible scam and I will do everything I can to let as many people know about their practice, the FTC fines, and the lawsuits pending.

I called Columbia Covenant Electric LLC and asked to get a lot of miscellaneous work done. Luis Sauceda was the one to come to my house and do all the work. I had just bought the house and half of the lights didn't work and most of the outlets were shot. Luis went through and tested each and every outlet, (over 45 in the house) and ensured all were functioning, replacing all the busted ones. He then ran wire through the walls to connect two outlets to create a three way light, and made sure to clean up the areas he worked in. He also let me choose which fan and light fixtures to get without upcharging for him getting the materials. Then, obviously, he installed four ceiling fans and four LED lights.

Overall, I don't have a single improve. He did an amazing job for an amazing price. I will solely be going to Columbia Covenant Electric LLC from now on, and requesting Luis every time.

On 6/1 hired great moving to move 8 items from 1st floor to second floor and eight items from 2nd floor to 1st floor. Team was inexperienced and scratched Mohagany dresser and chest and damaged 1 of the walls on the 1st floor. Required a mandatory tip on the final payment I signed for the smallest amount 10%. Worst of all the could not move the sofa out of the first floor. I told them that the sofa was delivered 1 year ago though the same door. The door did not shrink and the sofa did not grow. They left in the first floor and left. I responded to their inquiring to review their services. I expressed all the situations and to this day they have not responded to my email. I would definitly have to give them a very poor review being tthat they did no have the courtesy toto get back to me. Company Great moving

We Received a Swimming pool company through Angie list called Clear Water Pool Service they started out great. For the 1st 6 months. My day of service kept changing, then they would no call no show. They guaranteed to clean filter 3 times a year and only did it 1 time, and when they did clean my filters, they were so green and filled with mold. Then my pool stared to get yellow mustard stains he cleaned it but i kept coming back. When it got really bad The Company Quite servicing my pool and they still owe me $$ for the two weeks they never showed, and they will not return my calls. I am now paying $ 530.00 to fix this. I will be reporting them and try and get my $$ back,

I would recommend them to anyone around, very good workers and at a very fair price. On time and very easy to get along with

I was pleasantly surprised with everything from the first phone call requesting a professional competitive estimate, respectful crew members all the way to the finished product!
