Very easy to use site with excellent response time. Would use again. Hotel was lovely. We stayed at Lancaster Gate Hotel London. Good breakfast, clean rooms, helpful staff & close to the tube.

I had never heard of this booking site until using them to book a room at the Rosen Center in Orlando. The rate was too good to be true, but it was ($145 less than all others!). There were no issues checking in and I was happy with the room, even though it was located at the very end of the hall. Hey, that is better than next door to the elevators or vending machines. Will use AMOMA again.
I was online, booking a hotel, via AMOMA. And no sooner done than a rep from AMOMA telephoned, to help supervise the payment process. I have to confess, I was at first not sure why and slightly concerned. But it was a level of courtesy that proved much appreciated.

The hotel was a basic stay over for a Christmas party and I did expect it to be very basic which it was, but very clean and lovely. Breakfast was included and was excellent!

When I booked my hotel in Madrid, I first got a reservation confirmation, however when I called the hotel to verify that I do have the reservation - they first told me they do not have it in their system. It took a while until you managed to work out this issue with them.
We booked a room there and we clearly selected a date, double checked it. When confirmation email arrived we immediately saw that this is not the date we picked. It must be a system fault. We called their customer service within a minute, but they are not helpful, and they are not correcting their mistake. We just lost our money, I am not suggesting to book through them. Please note that they are a Swiss company, and the money back guarantee does not apply there, and it is very risky to use them as they are strongly following this. For Amoma if you read, my booking ref number is ******* so do not ask me again when you see my next review.

Booked a room for the night due to office party being held at the same venue. All excellent and wonderful breakfast to set me up the next day.
Hotel was as described and adequate, the room was clean and comfortable, toilets clean and a good breakfast
Booked a double room but got put in a large apartment room which was great. Staff were very nice and helpful and breakfast was very nice. Would definately stay here again

We visited the Fairmont in St Andrews and werent disappointed. Its a lovely hotel with very attentive staff. Room was excellent and well equipped. Fabulous breakfast too!
