Great location and room is rather spacious for Hong Kong standard. Clean and cosy; reception is efficient.

I had read previous reviews and it made me nervous after I booked with amoma. I found amoma to be a big help and a great value. I had NO problems. They even sent recommendations for transportation which was a very nice company. I hope this ease's some people's worries because I have a great experience with amoma.

Good hotel! Location, service are excellent! For the price, I believe I can't find another hotel better than this one. The hotel is historically, so it is old. But I think it is fine, it is in downtown Florence, everything should be old.

At 1st im not really sure with amoma because of bad reviews but i was wrong. Upon booking with them i contacted the hotel within an hour and they confirmed that i got booking with them

No complaints at all, friendly staff at check-in and friendly door staff, lovely clean and spacious room and a great nights sleep.

My hotel search in Tampa showed AMOMA with the lowest rate by a decent margin. I had never heard of the site, but figured that I would take the risk; Worst case scenario my credit card would back me up. I was pleased when I showed up at the hotel and my reservation was correct and everything was exactly as booked.

Booked through site prepaid through them checked into great hotel no problem. I'll use this site again often have cheepest rates.

I booked a hotel in London and paid for it. A week before the trip they cancelled it, they said it was beyond their control and would let me know why it had been cancelled. I phoned the hotel and they said it was nothing to do with them but they were already fully booked! With only 1 week left till my trip I ended up paying triple the amount on a hotel! Don't waist your time with them.

Had a great stay at the Roosevelt. Nice historic hotel. Small rooms and older bathroom but great location.

Best rate, all details were taken care of. Nothing went wrong at all. Web interface easy to use. We will use AMOMA again without hesitation.

Great 4* hotel booked through Amoma excellent price! I made this booking for the Christmas holiday period and was delighted and surprised with the quality of the hotel for the price paid.
