Booked and prepaid for a hotel in Naples Italy 2 days ago via Amoma.com. Then I saw so many mixed reviews about Amoma. I immediately checked directly with the hotel to see if they had my prepaid reservation.
The hotel wrote back within the hour confirming my reservation. No worries.
The hotel rate, if I booked directly or with any other reservation site was approximately 110 euro per night. With Amoma it was 55 euros. Happy:-)
The hotel was wonderful and we felt we couldn't have been given more attention. The suite was gorgeous and the staff so attentive and courteous.
Rate was much lower with AMOMA. I canceled my other booking and saved over $100. Very happy with the booking experience.

Got a great deal, prepaid for my stay and went and checked into the hotel without a hitch. Everything was awesome! We stayed at the Wyndham by Disney Springs in Lake Buena Vista. Excellent hotel and excellent experience with AMOMA.com

The hotel was quite busy the gentlemen who checked me in made sure I was well taken care of and assigned a nice room. The stay was very pleasant, I will look at booking through AMOMA again.
Straight forward, website easy to navigate, will be back to book some more great deals. Confirmation of booking was very fast and any correspondence very efficient
Hotel details were clearly laid out and confirmed in an e-mail. Hotel were expecting us and everything ran smoothly, including breakfast included in the booking.
This hotel does not have a large lobby, but the rooms are beautiful, quiet and the location is superb. Exceptionally clean. An easy walk to Port Authority, the train stations and the subway to La Guardia. This is my new favorite NYC hotel

Booking the hotel was scary since the purchase was non refundable and Ca had a severe rain storm. Such restriction are not needed.
From the time we walked in till the time we checked out the staff were AMAZING!
Good service: speedy checking in and out. Carry your luggage upon arrival and call taxi for you going to airport. Greet you when even they see you.
This is a very pleasant hotel. Only five minutes drive away from all the tourist sites in Sintra, placed in a quiet area (though not very easy to find)!
With very nice indoor and outdoor pools, very clean and good size bedrooms. Breakfast with a lovely selection and the staff were very pleasant.
The downside that I have experienced was unfortunately the bed! It was rather hard and I found myself tossing and turning throughout the nights.
(I stayed 5 nights).
I would like to stay in this hotel again and hope that maybe I will have a more comfortable bed!
