I looked around all over and only found these on this website. Made the phone call Matt answered was super helpful. They came a week and a half later via FedEx. They look like they're gonna work as soon as the weather gets warmer I will try to install them, but it looks like it should be pretty straightforward.

I WAS PRETTY PLEASED TO SEE A WHEEL THAT I HAVENN'T FOUND ELSEWHERE AVAILABLE TO ORDER. I DAMAGED ONE OF MINE. I PLACED THE ORDER AND NOTHING WAS CONFIRMED, BUT THE CARD WAS CHARGED. AFTER AN ONLINE CHAT I WAS TOLD THAT THEY WOULD GET ANOTHER IN 12 WEEKS FROM THE MANUFACTURER, BUT THE MANUFACTURER HAD CONFIRMED WITH ME THAT NONE WILL BE MADE AGAIN. IT IS DISCONTINUED. I WAS ABLE TO GET THE ORDER CANCELLED AND AWATING THE CC CHARGE REVERSAL NOW. I AM NOW GETTING AN INORDINATE AMMOUNT OF AD EMAIL FROM AM TRUCKS.
Recently ordered front lowering knuckles for my 2002 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 5.3 4x4. It was easy to look up parts and order for my truck. The parts I ordered for my truck high quality. Great company to do business with. Please for give me, I had help for a staffer, he was great, but I can't remember his name, forgive me for that. Thanks for everything American Trucks!

Received my order in 3 days. The order was expedited quickly. The unfortunate thing was when I was installing the cover a tab broke but after aligning the cover from the bottom I was finally able to install it I almost ordered another one but it looks I I got to work. I think it's holding up ok. But the product is very close to the original cover. Your product is well made but those tabs are easily broken. Overall your service and product is outstanding.
It is an overall very good product. Install took me around two hours. Everything lined up as it should. It sounds very nice. I thought it would've been a little bit louder but it is a perfect sound.

Still have yet to receive an email stating order was ready for pickup and supposedly everything was in stock. Still have yet to get my items.

Website was easy to navigate to find what I was looking for. I came across an open box Truxedo Pro X15 that I couldn't pass up. Product was 100% as described. Shipping was quick and installation was easy. I'll be using them again for future needs. Posting pics when this Michigan weather is better. GO BLUE!

Ordered the AEM cold air intake and received it this past Monday February 10th. Was looking forward to installing it yesterday only to find the tubing dented and scratched after opening the box. It looked as if someone had previously tried installing it in their truck, with the dent, scratches and wear and tear on it. Only to put it back in the box and ship it to me. Contacted American Truck about it where I have sent pictures of the product and box. Now I have to wait for AT to contact me via phone and ask me questions regarding the product and box. Almost seems as if they are questioning whether I did this or not. Now I have to wait a couple more weeks for a new intake, (hopefully)! This will likely be my last purchase from AT.

I'm sorry to hear about the issues with the Cold Air Intake! I left a detailed voicemail but wanted to reach out here. After reviewing your order, I found currently our tech support team, Nick, is working on getting this fixed. Since it shipped directly from the manufacturer, K&N, we're working with them to get the replacement sent out as quickly as possible. I can assure you, we're not questioning the return and how it came. We just have to work with the manufacturer to get a new one shipped out, and a new tracking number for the replacement.

Ordered a wheel and tire package that said free mount and balance….
Then receive an email saying they shipping everything individually ( TPMs, lugs, tires, rims) and I have to bring them somewhere for them to be mounted and balanced…. Complete waste of time. Will never order from these people again… to top it off they want to charge you to return every individual item! Absolute BS

Answer: AT has Install Connect 2 find and schedule a local shop near your location. They let you choose 3 dates and times, and if there are several different truck shops near you, you decide where and when you would like the job to be completed. I found the install price from AT is much cheaper than I could walk off the street and get a price. I know AT will make sure to choose quality shops and get it done right.
