Shipping issues... I specifically requested next day shipping since I really needed that part. Now it's been four days, and I still haven't received it. I ended up having to run to a local store to grab an OEM part, which ended up costing me more overall. I may be returning the part, when I get it.
My experience with American Trucks has been great regarding finding the parts I need, ordering them, the price, and the fast shipping. With all of that said, they need to chill on their email marketing. Whoever in the marketing department sets up these email campaigns must scale them back.
Ordering was simple. Fast free shipping, easy installation, maybe 40min per side. Looks like good quality.
So far your slow on shipping after I wax told my mirrors where in stock. Sent me a 10% coupon for my next order, went to apply at checkout said it did not work. Right my my experience is not very good. Just hope my mirrors are right.

The part came in quickly but not satisfied with quality product vs OEM but the price was lot lower than other choices.
Haven't received product was supposed to arrive Thursday said it would arrive Friday now it is Friday and now fedex says expect it Saturday had a repair facility scheduled for install and has messed up there. Schedule not happy not sure who messed up but have received a lot of things that shiped ups and always on schedule

I ordered a $35 part on a Friday. Got a tracking number and it never left their warehouse. Six days later, no product, they tell me they need to go through a four day claim procedure. They took my money and now I have to wait four business days for them to resolve it on their end and they will not send a replacement part. I will never order from these people again.

I looked around all over and only found these on this website. Made the phone call Matt answered was super helpful. They came a week and a half later via FedEx. They look like they're gonna work as soon as the weather gets warmer I will try to install them, but it looks like it should be pretty straightforward.

AFTER AN ONLINE CHAT I WAS TOLD THAT THEY WOULD GET ANOTHER IN 12 WEEKS FROM THE MANUFACTURER, BUT THE MANUFACTURER HAD CONFIRMED WITH ME THAT NONE WILL BE MADE AGAIN. IT IS DISCONTINUED. I WAS ABLE TO GET THE ORDER CANCELLED AND AWATING THE CC CHARGE REVERSAL NOW. I AM NOW GETTING AN INORDINATE AMMOUNT OF AD EMAIL FROM AM TRUCKS.

Answer: AT has Install Connect 2 find and schedule a local shop near your location. They let you choose 3 dates and times, and if there are several different truck shops near you, you decide where and when you would like the job to be completed. I found the install price from AT is much cheaper than I could walk off the street and get a price. I know AT will make sure to choose quality shops and get it done right.
