This bull bar was my first purchase through American Trucks. It was a pretty straightforward process, and I got updates on my order daily. The packaging came in a little damaged, but that doesn't have anything to do with American Trucks, and all of the contents inside were perfectly fine. Just ordered a roll bar from them as well, looking forward to that going just a smoothly!
I order 24 lug nuts but only 12 came in the box. What I'm not happy about is I have to send my box of 12 back and I'm not sure why I have to put myself out because someone there screwed up. Just send me 12 and I'm happy with less work for me
Overall great experience. Wide selection of quality parts that came quickly and in good shape. Didn't have everything I needed but more than enough to knock out a big portion of my list. Definitely recommend them.

I come to American Trucks for most of my hard to find oem items, and aftermarket products.
What i love about this site is that its all here, from engine internals, after market performance parts to small decals. I'm always shopping the returns, clearance. Always looking for inspiration or ideas I can steal from other customers rides. Lol. Then they started offering tech support, which really changed what I can ask question for things I didn't know, and they are always willing to help. Good job guys! Thanks!

It was delivered somewhere based on the tracking photo from FedEx delivery, but not to my house. Hard to find competency these days.
