Had some question on my limited edition Dodge Ram Rebel havoc

Great service…fast delivery. My truck is a '24 F-150, Regular cab/short bed 2WD. The kit works fine, but you'll have to cut most of the head pipe to get it to fit this truck. Basically, would have been much cheaper to find a flanged pipe and weld on my own hangers with rod. Simply because-this is nothing more straight pipe from the cat-back. Paid for more pipe than I used. Other than that-it'll work for a reg cab/short bed.
Product looks great installed on my F350! Didn't take as long as what instructions said to install. I'm more than pleased with the purchase and how quickly it got here.
Easy to navigate website. I have yet to receive my items, but I have been receiving emails notifying me when they have shipped. If I have any issues, I hope to have the same experience with customer service, but I have yet to communicate with customer service.
I honestly would have given 4 prob 5 stars but this one issue that should have been easily avoidable but instead they strung the issue out for 2 plus weeks well 3 weeks if you count the time it took to get my money back into my account. So I have bought numerous things from here but when I went on their website and found the rims I really wanted and spent 2 grand on them. Well the shipping eta came and went once so I reached out and they said they would send a request to the company that actually makes the rims for an update so I was cool with that but then 4 days goes by I heard nothing and the 2nd estimated shipping day passed so I called back again and they tell me the same spill about requesting the shipping info then another week goes by and I noticed that half of the money had been put back into my account? So I called up there again and at that point they tell me oh it looks like those rims are discontinued... I feel like if I called that many times and checked up on it plus they still have those rims on there website after all this went down so I guess someone else is gonna get tricked as well. Oh and the last part they only gave me the money back for 2 of the rims then took another week to get the rest from the other two rims? Makes no since. They gave me a 20$ voucher which is better than nothing but I mean this took up about a month overall before I could even get the money back to try and order a new set of rims. Sooo shop carefully people... P.s every other purchasing experience was great and I've spent around 8 grand total on prob 7 diff purchases through them. But that one issue was a pretty big mess up on their end and the fact the rims still to this day are listed as available for purchase on their website tells me they aren't to worried about actually trying to correct the issue so it doesn't happen to someone else. That's just not good business practice in my eyes.

I am have a good experience with American Trucks. Waiting on my Transmission pan to come. But they came out with free gifts after I had spent the money to receive it. Went to the chat, and ask if I could get the gift. April was very helpful, and got some more swag with the American Truck logo on it. Very cool.
Have ordered and received a few items in last 2-3 weeks: good service & prices, BUT… after order is"processed", credit card is charged and notice says "shipped", when it is actually awaiting pickup for several days, up to week or more, by Fed-Ex. Also, getting Way Too Many emails (over 50+ in just 2-weeks), some trying to sell products I have already bought, and products I have merely viewed. I requested to "unsubscribe" and to send a catalog, but have not received, but continue getting too many emails. I will be closing & canceling your website due to this once I receive my last order (paid for & "shipped" 3/17/25, but Fed-Ex has not picked up from your end yet. I did an online chat with Nicole R. And she answered my question so I decide to order it. I was told I would get a free gift but didn't receive the gift when my Windguard arrived today.
Called to cancel and reorder a part that I ordered 4 hours earlier was told it already shipped out but it was not picked up by fedx until Monday I called on the Saturday before I takes forever to get a refund or replacement still waiting on a replacement on the before this one they sent the wrong part I will use this company again

Everything went great. I ordered parts for GMC Sierra on a Tuesday afternoon and they showed up the following day less then 24 hours later. Boxes weren't smashed and all the necessary precautions were taken to avoid unnecessary damage.
Spent over $1,600 on a bumper showing in stock. To only find out after payment it was out of stock with no ETA on restocking or delivery. Took my money without any issues and now I sit here and wait. Ridiculous.

I ordered a ADD Blow off valve adapter for my raptor on 03/10 and paid extra for 2 day shipping. It's been a week and still have yet to receive part and or any update regarding tracking! So definitely not happy with this experience

Placed an order Sunday evening 03/16. Label was created first thing Monday. As of today, 03/19, the order has not shipped and I have received 15 emails trying to sell me something or asking for reviews. I haven't received any today yet but it's only 5 am. I don't mind the shipping delay. 6 emails per day is very annoying and I will be reluctant to place another order with this company because of that

Received my fox ats 2.0 and it was a in a large box. Shipped with paper and the actual fox box was opened inside. Bolts loose rolling around chipping the new shock in the package. No paperwork, stickers instructions, and protective bags loose inside the box

Answer: Only success story with this place is I know to NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN! That's successful!
Answer: AT has Install Connect 2 find and schedule a local shop near your location. They let you choose 3 dates and times, and if there are several different truck shops near you, you decide where and when you would like the job to be completed. I found the install price from AT is much cheaper than I could walk off the street and get a price. I know AT will make sure to choose quality shops and get it done right.
