Good day, I don't think it's deliberate but the product that I ordered for my F250 side mirrors was advertised at a price of $104.99 pair. It did not say left side mirror.
Originally I only needed the right side and that's what I was looking for. And I saw your ad for that price with the type of rear view mirror I'm looking for and in the description pictures it showed a set of them together. So I thought for the price, I'll order the pair.
The mirror showed up Monday left side. There were not two mirrors so I contacted the website stating, requesting is there a mix-up? If I had known it was a mirror singular I would have ordered the right side. But in the advertisement it said a pair and that's what I went by I would like to know what's going on?
So at this moment I give reasonable marks ( a 3 star)for a quick delivery but it was only one mirror,? It was not what I expected from the advertisement on the Google page.
I reached out to the company on Wednesday asking questions of what I just said and response from the automatic email was give us 48 hours. So on Friday 48 hours later I had no response. I emailed your company again on Friday and the computer response said give us 24 hours. That Saturday I figured give it the weekend I'll wait till Monday. Today Monday, still no response.
I double checked on Google the advertisement. I looked at and it didn't say anything about (left mirror only) so something got changed somewhere.
I would greatly appreciate a response, so we can get this resolved.

As a novice and with only hand tools and a cordless sawzall, I had this system installed in just over an hour, including cleanup. The first time I started it up, I was a little giddy with the sound. Driving around town, there is some drone, but it quickly dies down when I'm not in the gas pedal. I had to take it on the highway to see how it sounded in the truck and it was definitely noticeable, but not terrible, especially with the cruise control set at 80. Not sure it added much, if anything to the performance or gas mileage. Overall, I'm very happy with this purchase for price (sub $500), shipping speed, ease of installation and the sound.
I ordered the small dash cover by mistake and had to cancel. I talked with customer service rep and ordered the full dash cover. This was on Thursday May 15. Package arrived Saturday May 17, but was wrong dash cover.

Arrived quickly, well packaged and was generally an easy installation. As I had read on a previous review prior to ordering -the socket for the turn signal is not compatible with the trucks wiring harness so I used the socket out of my original headlight which worked but is 21 yrs old and a little brittle so a little disappointed that this issue hasn't been resolved

Every purchase i have made from this site has been amazing. Prices are great, Products are Fantastic, and shipping is super fast. Love the how to videos for the products and seeing all the customer pictures. Everything is adjusted to my vehicle after entering the information and even the magizine they send shows picutres of trucks just like mine so i get an idea how the products look on my truck. Now if I just would have an unlimited bank account to buy even more wanted products from this site.

Well I was excited about finding this company because they have a a lot of products. But was rather disappointed because I ordered a simple item but was then told the item was not in stock.

I'm sorry to hear that the item you purchased is not available to ship right away. I completely understand your frustration and how disappointing this is. I looked into your order and the In-Channel Ventvisor Window Deflectors are actually shipping directly from the manufacture to you. This is the cause of the delay unfortunately some of the manufacturers can have a longer processing time then our in house warehouses. Also they may be producing the item as well which can cause delays. At this point they are slated to ship between May 29th and May 31st. Please keep in mind this is only an estimate and they can ship sooner, during that timeframe or after. Please keep an eye on your email for tracking information. I ordered a set of tires and one of them was a defective tire and would not hold air, I called and American Trucks customer service immediately sent me a new tire. Appreciate the amazing customer service and support. Thank you!
Shipment arrived exactly when it said it would. Package was pretty beaten up. Couple of pipes were dented on the ends but was able to round them out. No instructions on installation but was able to get it figured out. Not overly happy with the way it turns out and will be taking it to a shop to have to straighten everything out and add extra hangers.

They work well, no vibration noted. Beware of increased blind spots forward. Still dealing with how to get the temp sensor that was in the factory mirror. Now I have a check engine light. Wished I had known that before purchasing.

Found these after a long search on the magic web. Exactly what was needed no more no less just the part that needed changed. The one question I had that was answered by a representative when I called was what was the rocker panel made of, metal or plastic. Since both are offered on the different sites from multiple companies I needed to know. I had to call other companies also as I wanted metal. These are metal but nowhere in the description on the item were they identified what material they were made of. Just a suggestion would be to list what the product is made of. Excellent help and quick shipping can't wait to finish the repair.The product also comes primed per the rep where the site shows Oxford white, I prefer the primer but just advising how the order reads. Ordered on May 8th and just got notice the order is out for delivery today May 10th which was free shipping, amazing service, again glad I kept digging through the magic web and found American Trucks, great site and looking forward to additional products.
