Shipping was painfully slow. Sat at same building for a week. No updates and still no delivery date. It's probably FEDEX fault. Other than that, website was awesome.

I received a quote from American Trucks and then placed the order. After reviewing the order, I noticed the lug nut kit was for quantity 24, but I need 32. The sales assoc could not get a kit with 32, so they sent an extra 24 kit free of charge.

Since the wheels are shipping directly from the supplier to you, they are not passing through our Kansas warehouse for mounting and balancing.
