Ordered the bak 4 panel folding cover for my 2025 f250. It had multiple dents punched thru the metal. It had 3 broken pieces on the end caps. It was obviously attempted to be installed previously. It was missing 3 screws and 2 lock washers. For 1200. 00 plus dollars I was definitely expecting more.
Simple and good prices. I was able to find everything I was looking for.
The service is great but the fender flares do not fit the truck very well and the stripping kept falling off. The screws that were sent fell right through the pre-drilled holes. Holes didn't line up. They were about 1/8 of an inch off. Not a very good seal on them to the truck.
Very disappointed!

Since the wheels are shipping directly from the supplier to you, they are not passing through our Kansas warehouse for mounting and balancing. Therefore, the only option is to have them mounted and balanced locally at a recommended shop. I apologize again for any confusion and for any inconvenience this may cause you.
