Ordered a strp light for my truck which was "sold as new". I drove across town (1hour) to get it installed. When the shop opened the box they realized that the strip light was not only used, but it look like it was run over by a truck. It was packed and boxed as if it was new. I called amertrucks, to return the light and no one knew what they were doing. It took 3 calls to get someone that knew what they were doing. I will never buy or recommend this company again. They should compensate me for my gas and mileage and time. Wishful thinking! Thy lack customer service skills.
I Paid One Day shipping, then a lost package, American Trucks Tracking says package was not shipped, Agent said I'd receive another shipment immediately. After several agents I chatted with told me it was being investigated and I would NOT receive a new shipment, my original package came in after two weeks. I understand things happen…

I have been slowly upgrading my 2014 Silverado 1500. I have ordered several parts (3 inch strut spacers, 4 inch rear blocks, upper control arms and rear shocks). So far every part i have ordered has been perfect. My experience with American Trucks has been very satisfying. I have many more parts to order and am looking forward to working with your company American Trucks more.
Message them about tires that were not in stock. Replied fast with a time frame and when I placed my ordered on Tuesday morning I received them on Friday morning.
The product that i bought was broken and the connection were not the correct connection. I dont want a product that i have to rewire to fit my truck i only want plug and play products. Your customer service was excellent and i will find the right lights for my truck though your company. Tha ks for your time

I just bought a trifold hard bed cover. I have bought numerous articles for my 2019 Ford Super Duty. Front and rear bumpers, fender flares and a ******* pound winch on the front. Every item I have bought fits my truck perfectly. The only place to buy anything truck related. The staff is very knowledgeable and will help you with anything you need.
