Usually I get my items very quickly. This time around, my 3 items were delivered through 3 different companies and over the course of a week. I'd much rather get all 3 items at once, even if it delays the shipping date.

I first received the part and it was badly damaged but they made it right and did so very quickly

Ordered Sunday night received parts 3 days later everything was complete and we'll packaged.
The website was fine, easy to use etc. product was delivered on a rainy day, no attempt to put undercover that was available.

I bought an exhaust kit for my Ford truck, changed my mind about it and returned it. Okay no problem... but they received the package back unopened. Was told you have to wait 10 days excluding weekends for your refund. It was well over 10 days damn near 20, and I'm like where the hell is my money. So I get in touch with them, and this ticked me off. There was a problem issuing back my refund they said, but I was never informed via email or nothing. So I'm beyond mad and was told to call my bank, why would I call my bank? They don't owe me money you people do. So I called the bank, got back in touch and was told they wrote a ticket and are working on it. Was promised a phone call from the supervisor, that never happened. Money can be spent better elsewhere, never buying from you people again! Horrible customer service, do better and most of all do your jobs.
