I purchased these Tow mirrors for my 2016 Silverado 2500 Disel Duramax. Very disappointed.
I told they were plug and play. They are not.
1. There were not any instruction with the mirrors for wiring.
2, Running lights on front of mirrors do not work
3. Passenger side turn signal on mirror does not work
Cannot seem to get a hold of anyone to resolve this issue. Im about ready to take them bak off and send them back.

American trucks went above and beyond with excellent customer service and fast shipping, arrived before arrival date
I bought the amp research steps and when they should up they were incomplete so I get in contact with someone and all they Jade to tell me was we can give you 400 dollars store credit or 200 dollars cash but you can never return the steps like if I hade paid 20 dollars for theme it was there mistake in the first place and they acted like if they were doing me a favor so never again I would do business with them again

The tonneau cover went in easily. Took about 30 minutes. I chose Rough Country because of the warranty and the fact that it had a high weight load capacity in spite of the fact that it weighs only 70 lbs. some of the other covers were 300 to 400 lbs. and I did not want to drag that extra weight around. I also ran the truck through the car wash and it only showed a small bit of water entry at the back side of the tailgate, so little that it was insignificant. Looks great too!
The order was here the next day! Thats awesome with the things are today.
Product came completely trashed. Everything was just thrown into a box and looks possibly used. Will never order from them again

Good experience overall. Satisfied with my purchase.
Over all experience was alright. Webpage was very easy to navigate, add my item to cart and check out. My only complaint is tracking link provided with email receipt did not work the entire shipping process allowing complete exhaust ordered to be delivered and left out front all day.

The order and deliver was right on time and product was as described. Only issue I am having is stopping all the spam emails that follow an order. Enough already.
