I received the order quick, but when My husband opened it for Father's Day we noticed it was used. I reached out to customer and they got back to me quickly. They gave me a few options. The option I went with was a store (site) credit along with keeping the used item. We are still waiting on the credit.

Have a 2022 Ford Ranger XLT FX4 and bought floor mats and a console insert. I live in CO and everything arrived in 3 days. Perfect, and already eyeballing some other upgrades!
Box was damaged and missing instructions, you're custom service made up for the horrible experience and refunded me a small portion of the money spent. You should praise them because they allowed me to return to buy another item the following day if it wasn't for them I would have never ordered from you're company again they apologized for someone accidentally sending me a return which is no excuse to ever have someone accidentally do that. So you can look into the people shipping your items and tell them if someone is buying an exhaust full price don't send them an open box exhaust and expect things to go well it was very frustrating and a huge inconvenience to try to return such a big item as an exhaust so I'm discussed all the options with customer service and they helped me as much as they could. Nobody spending over $300 on an item wants it damaged.

My new chrome fender trim gives my truck a new and classy look. I took my tires off to help make the installation easier. They were priced reasonably and are top notch polished stainless steel. Thanks American Truck!

I Have made 2 perches with American Truck.
Both were bad experience.
The 1st order I call after 3 weeks of not receiving a tracking number. They showed in-stock. So the 2nd time I called to verify that they Had 4-18x9 Bronze Icon HD with a bolt pattern 8x170. They verify that they did. I need them delivered in 7 days. They said not a problem. After 4 days I call to request a tracking number and status of my wheels. They replied you should have them in 3 weeks. WT. Ask to speak to the supervisor. I Got George. The Big deal.
NO HELP... DON'T waist your time.!
Because they lied to me it costs me over $400 to express shipping for another Shop.
Poor customer service. 2 times in a row.

Everything was easy to install, even my husband was able to do it without my help. He says he feels a difference. Item arrived within 2 days (in TX).

I purchased the Bugflector 2 shield for my 2021 Chevrolet Silverado LST 4 wheel drive because it was a bolt on and not stick on shield. It is partially secured by 4 plastic plugs that are inserted in existing holes in the hood lip. The plugs are some what analogous to dry wall anchors except that they are threaded to accept a small screw. I fund it impossible to get the small screw to expand the anchor because of the amount of material the screw had to go through. As a solution I used a 3/16 X 1/2 pop rivet. This resulted in a very clean and firm installation. I like the shield and give it 3 stars only because of the installation issue.

Took 30 mins to remove and install went together like a glove
Answer: Only success story with this place is I know to NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN! That's successful!
Answer: AT has Install Connect 2 find and schedule a local shop near your location. They let you choose 3 dates and times, and if there are several different truck shops near you, you decide where and when you would like the job to be completed. I found the install price from AT is much cheaper than I could walk off the street and get a price. I know AT will make sure to choose quality shops and get it done right.
Answer: Buy elsewhere! Do not waste your money with this website. They will either send you junk or it will be junk eventually and you won't be able to get a refund or warranty.

Answer: Yes, go a web search for the product you want. There are many other websites that want your business and have great customer service. American Trucks does not.
