I purchased a Pace Edwards Bed Cover. The cover shipped 3 weeks earlier than posted but only came with the canister and No Bed Rails. After a week of calling and emailing them they sent me the return tags and info to send them back. They told me the price did not include the bed rails and they would be an additional charge. One hour after receiving the return stuff they sent a email stating my order had shipped, so I called them. That is when I was told I could buy the rails at an additional cost. Has anyone out there ever bought a bed cover that did not include the rails for the bed size they had bought the cover for? The return info also said that I was responsible for the return shipping costs, the cannister is boxed and 6 ft long and weighs about 100 lbs. So I decided to keep the canister and purchased the rails from Pace Edwards. They were great to work with and was very helpful. Make sure when you purchase from American Truck you are getting what their add shows before paying or better yet take your business elsewhere!
Understandable website shopping was easy. Received the parts I needed ahead of time and it's worked wonders for my truck. Altogether a great place to shop for performance parts
Delivery along with the condition of the item is the make or brake factor. I was able to track my item and I received it just when they said I would. It was in perfect condition and was just as easy to assemble as they said it would be.
Had them out of the box and installed on the truck in 20 minutes! Super easy, give a nice finished look.

I've ordered from AT a few times, never had any issues. Packaging on the rain guards was very beat up, luckily they weren't chipped.
Wasn't impressed with the site, function and tires were a bit tight on front, delivery, was made but packaging was minimal, product wasn't damaged but looked very beat up, and disappointed that could not take advantage of any of my discounts because I used the financing service other than that they're on the truck and they look good but the process to get these wheels was left and easy compared to their sister company
