Shipped quickly and in perfect condition. The fit is perfect and looks good. Only reason I rated 4 instead of 5 was because it came primed and had to be painted. A bonded in color in the plastic to match the factory top bed rails would have been better.

I ordered an open box tonneau cover from the site, but before placing the order, I talked with a rep (Nichole) who laid hands on the item and assured me that all parts were there except installation hardware. When the box came in the mail, they had only shipped 2 side rails to me and nothing else. When I check online, the same tonneau cover still showed up on their website, but now as more expensive than when I bought it. My rep has not returned my calls/voicemails in a week. And I'm told by other reps that I will have to ship the item back and wait for my money to be refunded. Even though I have a copy of the live chat showing the item was supposed to be complete. It seems that they sent me some random parts laying around and decided to resell the top at a higher cost.

My experience with the site was great. Not completely satisfied with the product.
I just finished installing the system I purchased and it well for the most part. Your video was good but somewhat misleading. The clamp at the catalytic convertor and exhaust pipe was not facing down but the nut was facing up which resulted in my having to cutoff the clamp vs using an impact to remove it. I had to replace it, fortunately I had already ordered one and had it one hand. You may also want to suggest that it's much easier to install the tail pipe if the spare tire is removed.
I like the sound, little throaty under acceleration but not so loud during normal driving that you can't hear the radio or have a conversation.

Don't buy from these guys. They sent me $#*!ed up part and would only give me 50 back or 100 store credit. Cost over 100 to have it buffed and repainted and would take weeks to send back and get new one. Thought they'd atleast give me 100 back. $#*!ing joke! Do not buy from these guys!

Easy installation of Airaid intake resulting in a cleaner look to engine compartment. Glad to remove the boxy original air intake. Install has resulted in smoother acceleration without adding excessive noise.
