After hours and on weekends, using your text method after 15 minutes and getting passed off to a 2nd and a 3rd person then being asked would I like to talk to a live agent and I said yes and another pain in the $#*! rep. That I had to type my info again to, I bought both products that I was looking at and the first one arrived with the box ripped open the full length due to lack of more then 1 small strip, yes I sent in pics and got no response until I called back the day 2 days later, I like your company's products but after 2 bad experiences trying to get help with the products for 3 different pickups I own for my personal use, it would take more then "HEY, we're not responsible for how the delivery person treats the package" I said then put some more tape on it! To get me to visit and buy again, I just had the feeling that the rep could care less if I bought, and no I do not have names of the reps!
Wrong size fasteners, would not fit the holes, way too small, other than that I'm completely satisfied
Only after one hour after placing a order for 5 items for my 2008 Dodge Ram, I realized that I did not need the front bumper I ordered. I immediately called American Trucks to cancel the item. I was told by customer service that the order was locked in and I could not make any changes at this point. It seems ridiculous to ship and have to return a item that has not even processed yet. Especially when the shipping freight is $200!

American Trucks is an awesome place to browse for upgrades they got everything your looking for and they are very instructive on how it goes on and what it's Gonna look like. They got at least five reviews for every item.
Chris from American Trucks said my order was security risk and I had to provide personal information over the phone with someone who I had never meet. If I don't they will cancel my order for less than 100.00 it's fine do it thanks very classy

I ordered this cover with the promise of a Wednesday delivery. I needed it for a 2 week out of town trip that started on Friday. It will arrive Saturday, after I leave. Complete waste of money based on company shipping promises.
Shipping was weird, FedEx claimed multiple attempts at delivery's and location was closed. The location is open 24/7. When I saw the FedEx truck on road I followed it, presented my ID to driver and got my package. The items ordered are good and happy with them.
Missing parts, will take longer for replacement parts than to order a new one. Box was opened prior to revicing, but sealed with a "factory" tag.
