The delivery guy who showed up this am said he was concerned because it made a lot of rattling noise, when I opened box parts were not properly secured and box was torn and not closed properly. I hope there are no missing parts for installers

I would give 5 stars, but the exhaust I purchased had two pipes that were bent at the openings. I had to pry them back open with some pliers. Seemed to have work. Other than that, very happy with the exhaust and will definitely purchase more products from this site.
Ordered fender flares from American Truck because they said I would have the parts by a specific date and meet my deadline. Supposed to arrive Tuesday but FedEx is delivering the parts Friday. Called Customer Service and was told, "Oh well, it's not our problem once FedEx receives the package." FedEx said they didn't receive the package on time. Guess I will be the one to take responsibility, I decided to do business with them. Will never use American Truck again, they just don't care.
I ordered an item that was near $500. I was not provided any info on when the item would be delivered. Thankfully it arrived in 7 days and I was home before the porch pirates took my item. Please provide tracking so if I can have someone watch for the package. Thank you.

Grille was great. However did not get my order in its entirety. Missing the wiring harness for the lights so could not hook that up. Have to wait for the part to be shipped from the manufacturer

Ordered a 3 1/2 mbrp exhaust tip, Website said it fit my truck, 2021 F150 powerboost, tail pipe is 3 1/16 OD, a product is 2+16/16" ID, Not even close to be able to fit on there
