I received a "brand new" scuffed AVS truck hood protector for my brand new '22 F150. I called in and got a nice lady who "processed"my return. She told me AT's policy was that just as soon as the carrier scanned my return they'd (that day) send another one right out….it didn't happen. I have been battling AT for 3+ days trying to get them to send me another one but all I get from them is "they can't figure out why it won't ship". I did finally get a "supervisor" but he can't figure it out either. I told them to just send me another one like I just placed another order(simple), he even said there's plenty in stock. For some reason I'm being lied to and it's frustrating beyond words even though it's only a $140 part. I feel like I'm being held hostage! Literally everyone I talked to said they'd take care of it "personally" and send me another one right away. Here we are now 4 days later…….no Hood Protector. UUUUUGGGGG

Box was delivered by FedEx 1 day after promised (par for them) left leaning against my gate with the top end of the box torn off, stuffing and plastic binder in the street. I called customer service the next day. The A/T person that I spoke with told me that I would not be penalized for opening the box if I wanted to check it out prior to opening a claim. This saved me a lot of time and the Bars look great on my truck! Thanks
