Order was placed, shipped, and received in a short amount of time. Price of item was good.
I placed an order in late Sept/beginning of October. Product was scheduled to ship 10/25. No shipping notification or anything was received. When I didn't receive the product or communication, I reached out and the customer agent stated it was now 11/25 and was extremely dismissive and wanting to end our conversation once that date was given, rather than finish dealing with my concerns. 11/25 comes and goes, and again no communication. Reach out to customer agent again on 12/14 or stated ANOTHER ticket was put in and I had to wait another 24-48 hours for communication/resolution too my ticket. Again, received nothing and was dismissed as fast as I was asking where my order was. Today, 12/26 received no communication as to the follow up on the ticket. Reached out to and spoke to a customer agent again, who said my order was now scheduled to ship 1/25, but the product was in stock. So when I inquired as to why it's in stock and it hasn't been shipped, the response was to create ANOTHER ticket, wait 24-48 hours and I would receive communication. As usual, each response ended with a comment or question designed to end the conversation as if I am satisfied. I am FAR FROM SATISFIED. I think I have been more than patient, and understanding. I am well past the $15-$20 credit to my account to order in the next 30 days. That does nothing in order for me to want the product for which I have paid, and received nothing. As far as I am concerned this is horrible customer service, with zero empathy. I think you can get better customer service from a chat bot. If you plan on talking to a customer agent, be warned that resolutions are nill and promises are empty.
My order was for my husbands CHRISTMAS presents. Everything arrived in a timely manner he has not had the chance to install everything yet
I have ordered from AT numerous times and it's always a fine experience. This was a gift for my son that was decided on way to late, I figured no way it would be here on time...it was! With 3 days to spare.

Always great service fast easy lot of different options
Bought some tires and wheels and an exhaust everything was a quick and easy process and everything arrived on time. I knew what I wanted already but the pictures from other customers helped a lot.
Haven't had a chance to install, but own was delivered as promised.
