I recently ordered a set of wheels and tires from American Trucks. I placed the order on the phone so there shouldn't have been any problems, but there was. I ordered 4 Fuel Vapor Matte Black 18" wheels and 4 Yokohama Geolander tires, and lug nuts. The representative I spoke with said I was ordering the wrong lug nuts and changed my order to a different set, which were the wrong ones after I waited 10 days to get them. Meanwhile my rims and tires sat in the garage. The agent also promised me a swag pack seeing as I just spent almost $2700.00 with them. I never received any swag. Am I happy with my wheels and tires? The answer is yes but if they hadn't dropped the ball I would have left 5 stars instead of 4. On a side note, after speaking to another representative I was informed I would need to go to an auto parts store to purchase the correct lug nuts. All the additional running around and time spent talking with representatives trying to figure out why my center caps wouldn't go on turned this purchase into a real hassle. I've purchased other things from American Trucks with no issues or problems.
The lights were poorly packaged leading to scratches in my lenses upon arrival.
Well now a days it's computer and delivery, but I am sure the people who fill those order are spectacular (and get an awesome discount). Thank you
