The reason for 3 stars instead of 5 is because I wish they would let u know that "plug and play" doesn't mean they r gonna work. Install was super easy but doesn't tell u that u need resistors or flasher or have to tap into the vehicles computer to change programming to LED

When deciding on aftermarket headlight housings for my 2010 GMC Sierra, I found many to choose from. However, the descriptions concerning differences in headlight features were vague and made for a difficult decision. So I tried the "chat with an expert" and spoke with someone on the phone... they were no more knowledgeable than I was about the headlights. All he did was read the description to me that anyone can read on the site. Very disappointing.
The delivery was fast and on time.I was sent text messages from time of label created to delivery to my front door.
The items came in very secured and wrapped.
Fast shipping, secure, open and transparent communication every step of the way, no "funny" business just straightforward smooth transaction.
When I went to install new running board step mounts they were flanged the wrong direction. With my stock step on a 2021 Silverado 1500 the mounting holes did not line up.
Was very easy to do and was shipped to my house fast.

The was broke when I got it out of the box. How can I get a replacement
I ordered a set of leveling shackles and received the wrong part. Somehow this is my fault in American Trucks eyes. I had to explain the simple concept of receiving the wrong part 4 times to the customer service agent and then was told to take pictures so they could issue me a refund for a part I didn't order. When I escalated to a supervisor I got some of the worst customer service I've ever received. Would never use this company for anything again.
