This said it was delivered. I even received a survey about it being delivered. When I checked with them it was still in transit and should be that day. The next day it updated to "3 days later" for delivery. I still do not have the item and it's frustrating. They are communicating with me.

My radiator gave up & I didn't want to try replace it with a cheap, poorly manufactured part. I ordered an all aluminum, Cold Case replacement, and I was very impressed… perfect fit, and it looks amazing.
Truck has been running great ever since then.

It's probably my fault for not reading the description 100 percent but I would have thought the product would have at least came with Wi-Fi, as soon as I received the product it said I had to do an update, which is a bit weird because the product was new, so as of yet I haven't been able to enjoy it since I only have a Chromebook laptop

Great staff, great experience. I had an issue with the bumper I ordered. AT said the had no issue returning it. We were able to make it fit with some slight Fab work.
I searched for searched for 2018 Ram 2500 seat covers and the website only provided pictures for the front seat. The picture of the front seat was an exact match, but when I received the RC covers, the back seat cover was made to fit a bench seat with an arm rest. My 2018 Ram 2500 rear seat does not have an arm rest. Other brands did the opposite. The front seat console did not match my truck, but the back seat was an exact match. The 2019 Ram 2500 RC rear seat cover appears to be an exact match for my truck. It appears that descriptions for 2018 Ram 2500 seat covers are all messed up. American Trucks would not allow me to return the 2018 rear seat cover to exchange it for a 2019 seat cover.

Easy shopping but your company is big enough to offer free shipping on smaller orders.
The description for the new steering stabilizer for 02-08 dodge ram 4wd 1500 didn't have much additional information. Upon receiving the stabilizer I determined it was in fact for 3/4 ton and above. This is not for trucks with rack and pinion. Customer service was great and helped me get things sorted out. Not American trucks fault. Vendor left out some critical information regarding the part.
Easy to order and quick delivery! Will definitely keep American Trucks as a place to shop.
Ordered an expensive grille guard for my truck and tried to get the discount from the email…no luck. Disappointed it didn't process!
