I ordered a product online that specifically verified fitment for my vehicle but once received it was not the correct product. I called and the representative that helped went above and beyond to determine the problem with fitment, finding the right product and handled the entire return and replacement service for me. I appreciated the representatives professionalism, helpfulness and just all around excellent customer service assistance.
Everything was great till 2 days later that I had a call about my address and my billing address which matched. I don't know why it took 2 days for customer service to call me.

I'm old school so ordering on line is something I don't do often but the price was right so I tried American Trucks I do collision repair and have good connections but the part I was after was less with AT the delivery was right on time which surprised me I will use them again
Everytime I look for a part I can find it on American Trucks. I do search around and found 95% of the time prices are lower or the item goes on sale. Everything arrives quickly and usually in stock. If there is a problem AT quickly resolves it.
