Every other time I've ordered, has been a seamless experience. This time it's been a week and a half and haven't received my item. The tracking number originally provided was for someone else's order from 6 months ago and I can't get a new one or a response from anyone. No item and no refund!

Great website filled with many things and quick delivery
I bought a full set of the red calipers for my 2011 Ford F-350 (SRW). They came in great condition and were easy to install and had solid hardware. The only thing I wish is that it had the cover plate with the Powerstop letters that was shown in the picture. Would have made them look a whole lot better.
Everything arrived on time and as advertised. Love the additions to my truck.
I got one of 2.5 leveling kits. The order came in quick but it was a used product that was just sent back and then set out for somebody else. If I wanted used parts I would have just ordered them off eBay for cheaper.

Mirror looks and works great. Had to grind off the end of one of the bolts. When I closed my door it dented the interior of my cab.
I bought a thing, they shipped a thing and it got here quicker than originally expected. Nothing to complain about with that.
